It has all the typical disadvantages of a Rutenberg game (mild pixel hunts, puzzles that literally can't be solved without trial and error), but the atmosphere redeems it very well, and the puzzles DO make sense if you look at them just right. Overall, it's definitely worth taking a night or three off to play.
