With Selfdefiant we briefly visit Arkansas and California, and with tomoLaSiDo their standard tiled apartment. Then comes very long and original escape by recyclable garbage - the walkthrough lasts almost twenty minutes - and it takes a lot of thinking and combining to get through!

Halloween is getting closer and that means ghosts, and because we are in Rinnogogo's universe, cute ghosts. Also cute kittens - poetic Rinnogogo's escape tells a story about a curious kitty. His mum did tell him to be careful but the kitty was too curious, maybe, and a bit naughty...

In the first one you switch between three blobs and need to figure out where to use each of them, and in the second one you need to decide which part of a labyrinth can your knight pass on his own and where to let him die.

Hello, Weekday Escape just arrived!

TomoLaSiDo's latest game is mostly about numbers and playing with them, and clever puzzles with a twist require unusual thinking. The same can be said about short and atmospheric escape by kurosan - to figure out their hints isn's easy. Esklavos is back after several years with a new escape as we were used to - yay - and it feels so good to play it. There are two bonuses this week, by Dassyutu and Akatsuki no Yado, the first one with a bit confusing controls and the second one with a language barrier.

We start with playful and inovative tVeratti's puzzler, and then move on to a puzzle platformer by reliable Rob Alvarez. His game is well executed and not the easiest one - higher levels need much planning and sometimes are controls a bit oversensitive for small movements. You can always restart a level though. The last comes a visual novel for players interested in afterlife and cat lovers (but not only them) by Niv. It's a long game for the whole evening and can take several hours.

This Weekday Escape features three very short escapes - two by Gotmail and one by Selfdefiant - then one short but nice one by Amajeto, and two bonuses. The first by isotronic has a time limit, the second one by recyclable garbage slight problems with controlling...but that's all what we got this week.

An odd problem, but a real one is being a cat lover and a game lover and having the hardest time finding the perfect game that blends the two. If we are talking about the AAA segment, high-budget games that focus solely on cats (not other types of animals) are practically non-existent (until the upcoming Stray game is released).

For a game that focuses so strongly on photography, Life is Strange sure lets you miss a lot of interesting opportunities for a picture. Each episode has ten optional photos you can take. You'll unlock an achievement after every photo you take, but there's no bigger in-game reward. Still, why pass up the chance to fill out Max's portfolio and play this wonderful game even just a moment longer? So here's where you'll find the locations of the ten optional photos in Life is Strange: Episode 1.

One of the funniest games for mobiles, escape puzzler by itach lab (Usami Kenzo), is back and as good as its prequel. K3 arts's (Kaori Uemura) escape is quite short but very good, too. Unique Hidehiro Nakamura's work takes you to a miniature forest and lets you wander through it, and Ultrateam presents a physics game, as users friendly as possible and real relax.
