Escape from NAGOYALAND Last month, the amusement park NAGOYALAND opened its doors in Japan, taking its name from the Nagoya cultures it reproduces. Whether or not the evil warlocks that dwell in a secret base in the park are part of that recreation is unclear. As Fairie Princess Satomi-- because we all know that Japanese fairy princesses double as secret agents-- it's your mission to sneak in, locate their secret base, and then, well, escape from NAGOYALAND. Perhaps this retro point-and-click puzzle adventure by Arata Takeya has a slightly absurd premise, but that's probably to be expected from a Japanese developer. Take a vacation to NAGOYALAND today!

Ghost Ship was a movie released in October of that year, and it was even made into a Flash game to promote the film. For those of you who love point-and-click adventures, and especially those who didn't care for how T...

Games Featured:
  • • Fruit Kitchens No.1: Strawberry Red
  • • Escape from the Similar Rooms 10
  • • A Little Slow Escape
Weekday Escape N°17 Funkyland switches from candies to fruit; find seven strawberries in this whimsical scene. Notice any differences between Hottategoya's three rooms? They're each a similar plain, unassuming grey but small distinguishing characteristics will lead you out. Cute, charming and pretty in pink, Kamokichi's easy little escape is a perfect palate cleanser.

Grim Facade: Cost of Jealousy When her husband is stabbed and blown up (a bit of an overreaction no matter what your motives), Gabriela Sanchez calls you, a well-known psychic detective, to solve the case. Together with your useless assistant Aidan and much less useless tag-a-long fennec fox, you'll discover a plot of lies, passion, revenge, and jealousy in this short but well-balanced hidden-object adventure from ERS Game Studios.

Death Pages: Ghost Library What is the most romantic, and at the same time, most tragic story in Western literature? No doubt about it, the answer is the story of Romeo and Juliet which, since it was first staged in the 16th century, has spawned countless adaptations in theaters, movies, television, ballet, operas, and now casual games. Despite the ominous sounding title, Death Pages: Ghost Library, the latest adventure hybrid from Elephant Games, is less about ghosts and death and more about living vicariously through one of William Shakespeare's most well known works.

The Trader of Stories: <br />Bell's Heart The Trader of Stories: Bell's Heart is a new point-and-click adventure by Marek and Marcin Rudowski with help from Pastel Games. You take control of Myosotis and travel through a town in a beautifully drawn world trying to fix your wagon wheel and learn the story of a wiseman named Derrida. Though short and fairly easy, Bell's Heart is a great, wonderful looking game.
