Zombonarium As a zombie, you'll need to use your head and your braaaaaaaaaaains to hop around levels and gather bones and keeps once your body has been locked away from you in this simple but cute physics puzzle.

Tequila Zombies 3 It's a mad world out there with werewolves, vampires, mutant rats and more zombies than all the others combined. Don't Escape 2 ScriptWelder returns with another clever anti-escape game, this time taking a more point-and-click adventure route as you desperately search for a way to secure an abandoned building against a horde of incoming undead. Still Alive Blast zombie hordes that come shambling out of the darkness towards your cabin, then spend your precious stamina points after. Do you need new weapons? New skills? Or should you fix that car and get out of Dodge? These are the decisions you have to make in this tense zombie defense game.

Zombie Riot Get by with a little help from your friends in this tower-defense game of apocalyptic proportions. Find other survivors with unique abilities as you try to cross town, holding off zombies in each level and capturing command points to place down new defensive units.

Riverside Fans of zombies and sepia tinged art rejoice! Hyptosis has come out with another installment of humorous horror with Riverside. Taking place in the same continuity of his popular Sagittarian series of games, Riverside is a faster, almost parodiac take on the apocalypse. It won't win over those cold on the Choose Your Own Adventure style, but fans of Hyptosis' work will find it a fun bit of comedy.

I Saw Her Across the World Can a zombie game be cute and sweet? Absolutely! In this puzzle platformer from krangGAMES, you (a zombie) and your loved one (also a zombie) go on an adventure across a post-apocalyptic world filled with whimsy, humour, and even some welcome diversity.

Zombie Society #1 A mystery has erupted in the peaceful zombie society and its up to Detective Margh and his sidekick Ghvnn to figure it out. Read along and help Margh make choices that will alter the plot in future chapters and perhaps find out that this mystery goes deeper than you thought.

Too bad all those waves of mutants aren't going to wait around for you to finish.

Dead Underground Holed up in the subway system, you must fight off the zombies until a cure can be found. This strategy game will have you running from one station to the next, picking up items and survivors, while fending off the rabid hordes. Can you survive long enough to research a cure?

Zombinsanity Good news: you now have the entire space station to yourself. Bad news: that's only if you don't count an endless supply of zombies. Jimp and Jay Armstrong serve up a fun and chaotic, if repetitive, zombie arena shooter with a fantastic design.

Infectonator Survivors: Christmas Help a ragtag group survive the holidays in their zombie apocalypse world in Infectonator Survivors: Christmas, a special build of the upcoming real time strategy spin-off of Toge Productions' popular series. A fun, if unpolished stocking stuffer that will get gamers ready for the big-ticket gift on the way.

Earn to Die 2012 Part 2 Continuing your mad dash for rescue from a post-apocalyptic zombie wasteland, this upgrade and action-packed sequel doesn't change the gameplay much as you crash through the undead and destructible barriers to rack up cash, but is just as entertaining as you'd hope.

Infectonator Hot Chase It's the end of the world as we know it... and it's all your fault! In this simple (and grindy) yet addictive zombie arcade game, control a horde of undead with just one finger as you race through the city adding hapless citizens to your pack, nabbing powerful mutations, avoiding danger, and more!

I Saw Her Too, With Lasers Zombie meets zombie in this sequel to last year's cheeky puzzle game. As a scientist with a laboratory filled with dangers and lasers, your goal is to bring two zombified lovers together across a series of increasingly complex challenges with the goal of ultimately curing them... providing the lasers don't incinerate them first.

Awesome Zombie Exterminators Awesome Zombie Exterminators! Zombie Exterminators are awesome! Or at least they are in this action-driving game by EmitterCritter. Bouncy, comedic, and viscerally enjoyable, though admittedly without much replay value.

Zombotron 2: Time Machine Zombotron is back! When your ship off this zombie-ridden world still lacks fuel, you set out to find some. Unfortunately for you, it's never that simple. With more elaborate levels and all the explosive physics action you've come to expect, this latest Zombotron installment is just as weird and wonderfully addictive as ever.

Zombo Buster Up for a challenge? Defend towers of squishy innocents against hordes of incoming zombies by swapping elevators full of unique, upgradeable soldiers between floors. Despite a severe difficulty curve that makes it a challenge not everyone will appreciate, its great style and clever enemy types make it stand out from the pack.

Zombie World In Yuriy Kurenkov (of Shameless Clone fame) and Denis Procenko's tower defense game, Zombie World, you must control the resources available to fend back the waves of decomposing monsters. In this mouse-controlled game, you are given three variety of defenses from which to choose, and the defenses are all up to you. No matter how time crunched we are throughout the day, I think we can all use a little zombie killing time, every now and then.

Bloodbath Avenue They say there's a safehouse on the other side of the city, but between you and it is an entire city full of zombies. In this vertical scrolling action game, play as one of two heroes and bash, blast, and even drive your way through stages filled with unique objectives, earning skills and upgrades. Though suffering from slow movement and grinding, Bloodbath Avenue is still a fun throwback to classic arcade games.

Road of the Dead 2 Make no mistake, Road of the Dead 2 is a game with a massive amount of talent behind it provided by people with a passion for the genre. This time, your heroes are two survivors desperately trying to escape the city, one driving while the other literally rides shotgun (or pistol, or SMG), dealing with any hazards in the way.

Darktopia Escape from a cursed alien tomb, find your crewmate and — if you're particularly fortunate — come out of it all with the brand new, uh, old fabulous Idol of Tavor as your lovely planetary parting gift. Metroidvania-style action and adventure await you in this sci-fi platformer.

All We Need Is Brain Level Pack Vegetarian zombies might eat GRAAAAAINS, but in VladG's new level pack to the All We Need Is Brain series, the zombies need fresh brains. And since you have a large stockpile of them (presumably from your friendly local brain depositary), who better than you to lead 30 brand new levels of zombies to their doom?

Zombie Minesweeper Minesweeper is the kind of game everyone's played at least once in their life. Or 57 times simply because, hey, it's there. When you combine zombies and the very familiar logic puzzle you get Zombie Minesweeper, a game from Frogtoss Games that is exactly what it sounds like: minesweeper with zombies chasing after you. Your job is to carefully move across the minefield, planting flags to mark dangerous tiles while you aim for the detonator at the end. Reach it and it won't be your brains splattered across the place.

The Sagittarian 4: Bayou The zombie apocalypse is hard on everyone, and paddling down a dank bayou isn't anyone's idea of a good time... unless you're playing the latest chapter in Hyptosis's choose-your-own-adventure series. With all the blood and profanity you've come to expect, if you enjoy this particular brand of interactive fiction and don't mind some unforeseeable deaths, make time in your coffee break to take a leisurely paddle down the water.

Evilgeddon Spooky Max It's just you, your hair, your sunglasses, and legions of monsters looking to take a bite out of you in Firebeast's quirky, action-packed arcade shooter. Blast your way through waves of baddies in each area to take down the boss, earning coins and experience for upgrades on the go. A vibrant design and simple gameplay makes this the perfect choice for some light, casual, locking and loading.

Earn To Die 2012 Earn To Die 2012 is an update to Toffee Games arcade-style hit, and has all the post-apocalyptic racing action you could hope for, without the danger of infected bites! Customize your car and plow through waves of the undead. A zombie-smushing good time, though undoubtedly constructed as a teaser for the enhanced mobile version.

Flippin' Dead Juicy Beast's latest arcade game is an exercise in the bizarre as you control a bear with purple sunglasses trying to hold out as long as you can against hordes of zombies. The catch? You can't fight back unless you find and bash open a pink crate that temporarily turns all zombies into naked fleshy humans for you to devour. No, we don't know why either.

Fluffy Steel In this sliding block-style puzzler by Mibix, a flying squirrel faces off against the natural predator of all rodentia: zombies. The cartoony graphics don't quite mesh with the strategic gameplay, but the levels are well designed and the scream the squirrel makes as he flies off the screen is schadenfreudely hilarious.

Salem Anselm, an apprentice demon hunter has been sent by the Divine Order to cleanse the evil that has descended on the city. With naught but a crossbow, a lantern, and a snarky anthropomorphic sidekick, he'll have his work cut out for him. But who else is left to try? Salem is a horror action-platformer by Mar-ble Team, whose ghoulishly gothic atmosphere and twisty plot makes for an early Halloween treat.

Rebuild (mobile update) Sarah Northway's massively popular zombie survival simulation strategy game gets an update in time for its anniversary on its mobile platforms! With the threat of winter hanging over your head and even more secrets and endings to discover, there's more reason than ever to pick up one of the most addictive turn-based sims around... for the first time, or again and again.

Infectonator 2 The latest in Toge Production's popular series of zombie action-strategy games, Infectonator 2 thrives on frenetic chain-reaction based gameplay, its awesome sprite art, and the pure adrenaline rush one gets by infecting the world, continent by continent. It may be a bit taxing on the CPU for such mindless fun, but that just means you'll keep going even after someone has taken a chomp from your brain

The Last Stand - Dead Zone The world is over. We lost. But you're not down and out just yet. In Con Artist Games' latest real-time simulation, build a compound in the middle of a zombie-infested city and scrape out an existence alongside other survivors. Gather supplies, build and tweak your defenses, and go on dangerous missions into hives of undead activity. Though currently only in Beta and still repetitive, this is one of the best looking and surprisingly addictive social games around.

Decision 2: New City It's time to clean up a new place in this sequel to FlyAnvil's original zombie shooter. Move through the city establishing secure locations and going on missions to bring each area under control, earning cash to spend on your substantial arsenal and upgrade tree. Adding just enough new elements to the original to spice things up, Decision 2 is still a bit repetitive, but keeps the tried-and-tested zombie shooter formula from feeling too brainless, and looks good doing it.

Impale 2 Let's be honest. If you had both a medieval-style cannon thing and an unlimited supply of the undead to serve as ammo, you'd probably spend most of your time trying to launch them into various obstacles. Fortunately Mibix has come out with Impale 2, a physics puzzler that gives you gory zombie-flinging without the intensive clean-up after words. A little macabre and immature, but a lot of fun, its 70 levels will make one wish for Halloween to come early this year.

Organ Trail: Director's Cut The end of the world is nigh, and it wants your brains! In this quirky, darkly humorous mobile edition of the zombie simulation based on the classic game Oregon Trail, saddle up with fellow survivors and strike out across the country with the promise of safety hanging in the distance. Manage your supplies, trade with people you meet along the way, deal with boss battles, and above all else hope Lady Luck decides to smile on you. That is, if you don't want to come down with dysentery while someone else has a broken leg and the others have all been bitten by zombies.

Bounzy 2 Haven't gotten your weekly dose of zombies quite yet? No horror movies laying around to give you a nice squishy feeling of gore induced terror? Look no further than Bounzy 2 to not only get carnage but to get your quota of zombie deaths done. The best part is these ones can't reach you to try and kill you. Oh, and there's chickens.

Zombie at the Gates The only sure way to survive a zombie invasion is to avoid it! In Zombie at the Gates you play a king who must defend the castle, giving you time to construct it into a flying castle to get away from the zombie masses. Upgrade yourself and your weapons to beat back the zombies and collect the resources you need to fly your castle to safety. So long zombies!

Zombotron 2 What rotten luck to have your ship crash land on a zombie-ridden planet that you now need to fight across to escape. With a more vocal protagonist than you had before, shoot and calculate your way through this Metroidvania style physics shooter where zombies are just as plentiful as your headshot count. With sixteen levels to survive through and plenty of side missions to keep you occupied, your time with the undead hordes will be engrossing and quite challenging. Polish off the old boomstick and get ready to bust some heads if you hope to survive.

The Sagittarian 4: Berger In Sagittarian 4: Berger by Hyptosis, you rejoin your old friends, Sage, Dusty, and Anna, in their quest to find safety after the zombie apocalypse. The small band of survivors are no longer strangers, but friends. Some are even lovers. Can you protect these people you've grown so close to over the last four games, or will you have to send them to their certain deaths for the good of the group? Combining great artwork, funny and well-developed dialogue, and even a dynamic soundtrack, it's an experience that really sticks with you.

Paladog In FazeCat's everything-but-the-kitchen sink defense game, Paladog, Critterland has been invaded by zombies, witches, skeletons, and just about every evil little thing you can imagine, including television sets! It's up to you to fight them off, but are you dog enough to take them on over a whopping 120 levels, including special mini-games. Paladog is a big, cuddly, newspaper-fetching machine, that brings back the Sunday paper, but slobbers all over the funnies... and you love it anyway.

Nuclear Outrun An interesting combination of Cyclomaniacs gameplay with Nerdook's trademark intense combat, Nuclear Outrun is a fun physics-driving-shooting hybrid about outrunning a nuclear missile. While lacking in depth, Nuclear Outrun still manages to be a lot of fun, especially once you get the gun that shoots sharks. What more do you need?

The Organ Trail The internet loves nostalgia! The internet loves zombies! What do you get when you take these two great tastes that taste great together? The Organ Trail, a parody of a certain edutainment adventure, developed by The Men Who Wear Many Hats, tasks you with the familiar goal of safely leading a party across the US to the west coast. However, this time your Conestoga is replaced by a station wagon, there are no buffalo, and, oh yeah, there are legions of the undead just waiting for a good ol' fashioned brain chomping. The Organ Trail sticks a little too close to its inspiration in the repetitive mid-game, but overall it is an enjoyable mix of shout outs and classic gameplay.

i saw her standing there It's tough going when the love of your life is a ravenous member of the walking dead. Clearly the two of you want to be together but for that to happen you'll have run, jump, shoot, and dodge your way around angry zombies as you help guide your zombie lover to her cage in this endearing storybook love story of a platformer.

Choice of Zombies In this exciting installment of the Choice series by Choice of Games you're plunged into a world on the brink of destruction. Nuclear missiles? Widespread famine? Nope, it's the age old killer: Zombies! Pick your course of survival in this gripping narrative that propels you toward what could be your salvation or your untimely demise!

Decision Decision is a polished zombie action-defense hybrid from Fly Anvil, and it's a bloody good time. A cool, if slightly repetitive, mixture of serious horror, logistical strategy, frenetic action, and low-key parody, Decision shows that the undead can still pack serious punch.

Working Stiffs Internet cat pictures have finally brought about the end of the world, and the dead are walking! Where are you? Trapped at work, of course. In this unique and tricky action strategy game, you'll guide groups of survivors across increasingly complex levels in a huge office building, nabbing evidence, avoiding zombies, setting yourself on fire, and much more.

Zombies Inc. Zombies Inc., by Aethos Games, is a fun time management game where you run a corporation hoping to gain a monopoly in the field of world-domination. Balance issues pervade, but it should still prove addictive to any fan of zombies, time management or both.

Rupert's Zombie Diary There's a zombie apocalypse happening, and only one man can stop it!... maybe... hopefully! Rupert picks up his trusty gun and bowler hat, determined to stop a bitter necromancer and make the streets of London safe once again in this repetitive but quirky and entertaining action shooter with a wonderfully morbid cartoon style.

Vanish Rain Vanish Rain is a zombie shooter with defense elements. You're helping devoted sister Anna survive for 15 days in zombie-infested Riverhead City as she waits for her brother's return. Wholesale slaughter of zombies will earn you money, which you can spend on new guns, upgrades and repairs during the intermission between each day.

Zomblast Ever heard the expression, "They're more afraid of you than you are of them?" If we're talking about zombies trapped in an explosive physics puzzle game and you're armed with grenades, it's probably true. While it doesn't really offer anything new, the quirky presentation as the zombies chatter at you makes this a simple, silly treat.

Random Heroes Those darn emo kids have accidentally summoned a horde of alien-zombies to destroy the city! Who should we call? The police? A dashing bandit? A Victorian-era, impressively side-burned gentleman thief? A redneck in a trucker's hat? Jason Vorhees? Well, all are options in Random Heroes, the new platformer from Woblyware. Random Heroes is a solid run-jump-and-shoot action game with a very cool aesthetic design that goes very well with its parallax scrolling effects.

Town of Fears Detective Marco is having a rough week. There's a serial killer on the loose, the professor he wished to consult has run off to the spooky town of Kraig Rock, and there's all these friggin' dire wolves on the prowl. Even as a typically hard-boiled Visual Novel action-RPG protagonist, he'll need all of his skills and the support of all of Kraig Rock's mysterious inhabitants if he hopes to unravel all the mysteries of the Town of Fears.

Zombies Ate My Phone Zombies Ate My Phone, a Phones4U advergame developed by Koko Games, isn't the first top-down zombie action shooter we've ever featured on JIG. It's probably not even the first top-down zombie action shooter we've featured that's set in a mall. However, it is, in all probability, the first top-down zombie action shooter wherein you can chuck vintage LPs at a mummy. And you know what? Sometimes that's enough.

Lab of the Dead Are all zombies all bad? Maybe they just need a little tender loving care... or, uh, a baseball bat to the head if you so choose. In this surprisingly engrossing simulation from Evil Dog, you are a scientist struggling to study the living dead after civilization has ground to a halt, and how you treat your subjects can mean the difference between one reconnecting with the remnants of its humanity, or becoming even more aggressive than ever... and maybe even whether you discover the truth about the outbreak.

Pirates of the Undead Sea: Rise of the Ribcage While zombies are perhaps over-common, and pirates are getting there, casual gaming doesn't have nearly enough zombie-pirates. At least that's the argument given by Pirates of the Undead Sea: Rise of the Ribcage, the new point-and-click adventure game from Pahu Pahu, and, given its quality, its a strong argument indeed. Captain Black Sam has spent years sailing the seven seas plundering and pillaging. After a night of too much rum, he wakes up to find his ship at the bottom of the ocean... and after fifteen years of decaying and trying to figure out why he isn't dead too, a chance mermaid-sighting convinces him the time is nigh to set out on another grand adventure. And so, you're off to seek glory, gold and grog! Mostly grog!

Legends of Kong The city is under attack! Regular citizens have gone red-eyed with uncontrollable rage, security robots are running amok, mutants are smashing up storefronts, and sales of crowbars and health syringes are through the roof. Could it possibly have something to do with all those high-frequency broadcasting towers that the mysteriously menacing GlobalTek Industries have constructed all over town? Well, there's only one way to find out. Put together a party, load up on weapons, fight or sneak your way past the psychos and start causing massive property damage! Legends of Kong, new from Nerdook, is a randomly generated action-RPG that never plays the same twice.

Rebuild 2 Sarah Northway's incredibly popular and addictive zombie survival game of strategy and simulation gets a big update in this sequel that adds more skills, more items, and a lot of other tricks and tweaks. Defend one of the sole bastions of humanity left in a sprawling city and slowly work to reclaim the rest from the zombie horde, recruiting survivors, scavenging for supplies, and dealing with hazards like raiders, zombie attacks, and even dissension in your own ranks.

Revenge of the Zombees In Revenge of the Zombees, you control an undead swarm of killer bees with the goal of causing as much damage and destruction as possible across five retro-looking levels. Do more damage to get your zombees to catch on fire, causing even more mayhem. It's silly and simple fun, with excessive pixel gore.

Zombocalypse Lock, load and get ready to take out an unending horde of zombies in this action-packed game of survival from Ironzilla. Thank goodness for all those weapons that keep dropping from the sky. With a nifty upgrade system and achievements, just how long can you hold out?

Toxie Radd 3D It's a zombie railshooter cheese-stravaganza in Xplored's fast-paced first-person shooter starring Joe, the guy with a machine gun for a hand, and scores of squishy zombies just waiting to be burst. Save the world on rails, gain powerups, and blast bosses in this fast, frantic homage to classic arcade action.

The Last Stand - Union City When a car accident on a lonely road strands you on the outskirts on thriving metropolis Union City all you can think about is getting home to your significant other. You quickly discover, unfortunately, that the metropolis isn't so thriving after all, but is is practically heaving with zombies. Will you be able to survive the outbreak and find your beloved? Scavenge for food, weapons, ammunition, and more while trying to stave off endless hordes of flesh-hungry monsters in this enormous side-scrolling action RPG.

Zombotron Most shooters not physics-sy enough for you? Then fire up Ant Karlov's creative spin on the genre! Start with sprawling levels, mix in some highly destructible scenery, and sprinkle liberally with zombies, machines, skeletons, and explosive barrels, and you've got a recipe for success. (... success... tastes funny... )

The Pocalypse Defense It's not just apocalypse, it's the pocalypse, and zombies aren't the only thing you have to worry about in this beautiful, quirky little defense shooter from newcomers Green Pixel. Defend the city of New Hammerston against zombies, mutants, plant monsters, robots, and even vampires with an array of powerful weapons and abilities, and spend the cash you earn to upgrade your butt-kicking prowess.

Zombus Zombies are everywhere. And all you've got is a heavily armored bus that can be upgraded with shields, zombie-crunching bumpers, guns, and other equipment! Guess you'll have to do some reckless driving in order to rescue the survivors. Zombus is a top-down driving game from Game Launch Project, creator of Bunny Flags. The game features loads of blood, plenty of angry zombies, and a healthy dose of more blood. But, for a browser-based driving game, you'll be surprised how spot-on the controls (and overall sense of dread) are!

Insectonator: Zombie Mode A couple of months ago, we featured Insectonator by Denis Kukushkin and family. I thought i thought it was a fine shooter, and going by the site ratings, it seems that many of you agreed. However, I did have a small problem with it: as fun as it was to blast various anthropods into lymphatic chunks, the whole thing did seem just a shade sadistic. I mean, most of those beetles were just minding their own business. If only the developers came out with a version that featured enemies for which the average gamer had no compunctions eviscerating... something like, oh, I don't know, the stalking legions of the undead. Well, guess what, Insectonator: Zombie Mode is here, and with it comes new weapons, new arenas and new achievements. And zombies. Tiny, tiny zombies.

zOMGies 2 If there's one thing I loathe, it's those darn dirty zombies. Not just for their intentions re: my brains, but also how it seems that, as of late, some developers have used their antagonistic qualities to prop up uninspired game design. Every so often though, a game comes out that features the undead in a way that feels fresh and interesting... and since I already dodged one apocalypse this week, I was just about ready to go for two. That game is Jim P's new run and gun shooter, zOMGies 2.

Zombie Cats Zombie Cats really do exist! It may just appear to be a simple point-and-click puzzle game, but the threat is real, I tells ya! You may scoff, but with the onslaught of zombie games pervading the internets, we should be taking this seriously. Use your mouse to click on objects and interact with the environment to help eradicate the Zombie Cats and to save the rest of civilization.

All We Need Is Brain 2 The theme has shifted to an urban environment where zombies are literally coming out of the sewers, and all this brick and steel is used to an impressive (and often confounding) level. Timed drops and lateral thinking are hallmarks of "phuzzle" games, something the first in this series loved to dish up for players. The sequel takes it all that step further.

Carveola Incident Sgt. Kirley and his men thought they were finally headed home after the war, but instead they find themselves ordered to join up with enemy forces and sent to defend a massive trench, apparently in the middle of nowhere. Why? Well, it turns out zombies really like trenches (and this one is pretty sweet, amirite?), and if you want to protect this one from the new undead menace, you'll have to master your gun and handle your troops in this simple but effective shooter/defense hybrid from WootraGames.

Dirt of the Dead Certainly we know about the immediate dangers of the undead: the biting and the clawing and the infecting and the whatnot. What about the larger environmental concerns? I mean, a zombie claws his way out of a shallow grave... who's going to be re-sodding that ground? A vampire explodes in a fiery cloud of dust... someone needs to sweep that up. And don't even get me started on what can happen when a werewolf gets in your flower bed. 3kggames's new action looper Dirt of the Dead shows that the clean-up can get just as intense as the confrontation.

Pestilence Z: Episode 1 The dead walk! Fortunately, they also blow up pretty good, too. Break Point Studios delivers a fun if somewhat repetitive experience in this beautifully made RPG/turn-based strategy title about everyone's favourite target practice. Play one of three different characters and embark on a search to learn the source of the outbreak, finding powerful weapons and armor and learning to work the battlefield to your best advantage along the way.

Amea I think that we've all experienced the terror of waking up from a strange dream, not being quite certain for a moment where we are. Fortunately, we usually find ourselves in our own bed, rather than a mysterious town that seems a cross between Hyrule and Silent Hill. For Amea, titular star of Godlimation's new action horror RPG, sadly this is the case. Like so many other protagonists, she has amnesia... and if a look outside is any indication, there may be a few things she'd be happy not remembering. Those who don't mind a little glitchiness in pursuance of effective horror shouldn't forget to check it out.

Divis Mortis Hospitals are full of all sorts of hazards, like paper robes that don't close all the way, doctors with cold hands, and... zombies? HM! Lynnea Dally's undead apocalypse begins with you waking from a rather impromptu bout of unconsciousness in the hospital radiation room, but you have more things than a rather impressive headache to worry about in this horror interactive fiction game.

Bitejacker: Secret Horror Base Series A zombie apocalypse thoughtlessly interrupts your filming in this tongue-in-cheek retro shooter that has you blasting away scores of the undead, upgrading weapons and abilities, as you attempt to break yourself out of a cycle of days that just won't end. Silly, snarky, and definitely challenging, it's definitely going to bring out the zombie slayer in all of us.

Soul Redeemer First impressions count for a lot. In the case of Soul Redeemer, the new top down zombie action shooter by the Bekho Team, it introduces itself with a plot-explaining narration that cracked me up, though I don't think it was supposed to. Still, whenever a game starts by expounding on how, every couple centuries or so, the alignment of constellations somehow release demonic forces to eat our souls, and the only thing standing in their way is a warrior dude in asymmetrical armor shooting stuff... I'm going to stay around. And I'm glad I did! While Soul Redeemer is not the most original of games, it has a charm to it that fans of the genre should enjoy.

Rebuild Rebuild is best described as a survival sim with sprinklings of defense and strategy themes. You won't be put in the thick of battle... instead you'll be managing the town, using your mouse to send survivors to do the dirty work. It's after the Zombipocalypse and you're in control of a small group of survivors trying to stay alive.
