Looks nice so far, but the keyboard controls aren't working for me. All this clicking isn't much fun

And the autosave isn't autosaving :-( ...

Are you sure it isn't autosaving? It should boot you back to the last place you slept with any items you found/bought but with no cash.

Yep. Just checked again. Hit page reload and now I've got fists, serf rags, and no spells. Tried it in Firefox with Adblock and Noscript, then Internet Explorer with no security addons. Same result - no key control, no autosave.

Great start. Really needs keyboard controls, I think.

That's a shame. It runs fine for me in FireFox with no ad programs at all, so I suggest you contact the developer. Have you tried disabling them to see if FireFox works and making sure your security settings accept cookies in IE? In addition to hurting our site, ad blocking programs tend to interfere with many games and their functionality.

Just thought I'd say Autosave and keyboard controls are working fine for me on Firefox.

I seem to fall in between. Autosave works fine, but no keyboard controls.

Which is a bit of a pain, since mouse-navigation is definitely not this game's strongest point. Other than that, it looks pretty amusing for a self-proclaimed demo.

Actually having said that the keyboard controls don't seem to be working on the JIG version, just scrolls the page up and down.

However on the actual homepage, which is fullscreen, the controls seem just fine and the autosave from JIG also carried over.

Is there an option someone for mute that I can't seem to see? Or perhaps not implemented yet as still a demo? Thanks.

Did anyone manage to access the floating chest in the lower right corner of the Zuruth Plains map?

I think I did everything I could on the demo... purchased everything, killed everything, went everywhere... except for that floating chest.

I liked the game a lot, it works well as a casual game, but I think it could be a bit lighter on the harvesting side...

Keyboard works well on the developers site, not here. But the saves are shared for both sites. The shortcuts are: WASD, arrows, enter (inventory, attack)

To farm gold more quickly:

Buy flame spell in the village and go east to mausoleum, use the spell from inventory to destroy the bones. There is resting place, kill zombies and skeletons with flame, run from druids

Thanks for this article! I'm glad some people out there still appreciate this old school style.

About the chest behind water: developer said it's impossible to get there in demo, so we can stop trying to find fake walls etc.
