Walkthrough
Grab the money and the extension cord from the house and go to the Hair Saloon. Borrow the screwdriver, the wrench and the pump from CrazyMom. Go to the City Hall and buy a burger. Inside, you’ll find a red box next to the elevator. Complete the picture puzzle inside to get the saw.
Go to the house and give the burger to Larry the hobo. Next, visit the Scheme shop to get the crow bar and use the saw to get the fan. Back in the City Hall, use the air pump to get rid of the ball on the elevator doors and go to the roof. Plug in the extension cord, use the wrench on the pipe and fill the Watering Can with water. Spill the water off the roof to get rid of the lady in the line.
To get rid of the hungry man in the city hall, go outside and put the screwdriver on the door button. Put the fan on the burger stand and plug it in. After you’ve talked to the employee, use the crowbar to open the fridge.
Finally, give the ownership certificate to Larry the hobo to solve the payphone problem.
