Dragon Age Legends: Remix 01 EA2D and Evan Miller of Pixelante Game Studios combine forces to create this fun, frantic side-scrolling hack-and-slasher set in the Dragon Age universe from Bioware and EA's popular RPG series. As one man against a seemingly unending tide of demons, beasts, madmen, and more, do you have a chance to make your way across hostile terrain to victory? Master four different combat styles, topple massive bosses, and indulge in a little wholesome face-stabbing in this straight-forward but very fun action title from both Industry and Indie talents.

Battle for Wayland Keep Stuck between two warring forces, you seem to have no choice but to help defend Wayland Keep against its attackers. Fortunately, this is something you're really good at. Like really, really good. Take on the role of Argus, an unusually talented swordsman, and master a variety of deadly spells and abilities in this action-packed hack-and-slash fantasy game that blends defense with RPG elements for one bloody good time.

Hack Slash Crawl The randomly-generated protagonist of Void's new semi-roguelike semi-RPG Hack Slash Crawl, is often an engine: a perfect monster killing machine. All this machine can do is hack, slash and dungeon-crawl. But when you do only three things, you better bet that you can do them well. Likewise, while Hack Slash Crawl is kind of shallow, and could stand some polish, it makes for a fun little click-fest.

Larry and the Gnomes Gnomes are trouble, and after playing this challenging side-scrolling hack-and-slasher, you'll never look at the little buggers the same way again. Take on the role of Larry, a pint-sized knight with a bit of a complex, as he journeys in search of the Gnome King to put a stop to the invasion. Along the way, battle difficult bosses, and pick up a whole lot of weapons to add to your chances of survival.

Great Dungeon in the Sky Want to play a hero? How about dozens? Great Dungeon in the Sky is a sort-of roguelike platformer where the foes you vanquish become playable characters. Be a yeti marksman or a drow mage, or slash it up old-school as a knight. Destroy four dragons to reach the boss of the mysterious floating dungeon in this cute, fast-paced retro title.

Undead End What do you do when you find yourself stranded on a lonely country road with no gas in the tank and a major zombie outbreak happening all about you? You pull out your trusty baseball bat and hand cannon and go to work. Shoot, hack, and slash your way through zombie hordes in this action packed arcade game.

Knight Elite Like being king of your castle? Best keep those orcish hordes at bay with a bit of fighting, building and training. But mostly fighting. After planting his castle on what might have been the resident sacred patch of land, a knight is facing wave after wave of orcs keen to remove him from the local scenery in Ninja Kiwi's interesting defense/hack-and-slash twist.

Dragondot Ever wonder what it's like to be a dragon? How about a Dragondot? Turns out, it's pretty much the same ol', same ol'. Defend your territory from ghosts, hobgoblins, and more, and bask in the adulation of your defenseless kobold followers. Simple and simply cute, Dragondot is a short but fun hack and slash romp.

Forever Samurai Slash your way through monsters of myth and legend in this off-kilter side-scroller where you play as a lone samurai, pursuing a great dragon. Master special moves before they master you, buy upgrades, and drink in the sleek scenery as you race towards your destiny.

Torchlight Kiss your free time and your loved ones goodbye. Torchlight is here. The indie rogue-like/action/RPG title has been highly anticipated, but is it worth all the hype? Short answer: Yes. Long answer: Stop talking to me, I'm trying to play. With randomly generated dungeons, an obscene amount of treasure and monsters to hunt, and a faithful animal companion at your side, Torchlight is a stellar example of indie gaming at its finest.

Double Edged Hack and slash your way across the ancient land alone or with a friend in this gorgeously quirky side-scroller from Nitrome. When your sword fails you, don't despair — a nearby boar will do just as well. Or a chicken. Rendered in Nitrome's familiar pixel-perfect art style, Double Edged not only looks great, it plays great too.

Barbarian Onslaught: <br />The Secret of Steel Splatter skeletons, goblins, soldiers, and more in this gleefully gory side-scrolling hack and slash game. 19 levels of boss fights, barrel throwing, and rampage-y action. You're a barbarian now, baby! And it is going to be awesome.
