Covert Front and Morningstar should've gotten higher. But it doesn't get much better than Submachine: The Edge.
Granted, that opening scene probably wins it all on its own.
Well, for me Morning Star really upped the quality expectation scale for independant games. Really presented a super sci-fi, extra polished classy game. I'll remember it for a long time I'm sure.
Hansel and Gretel should have placed first because of its diversity and artistry, but second is pretty impressive.
