like this game!
it´s so down to the basics...!
rock on!
Jens Bond
Any hints for 8 and 11? :]
This game is really cool :) Reminds me of Hoshi Saga, in a way.
Currently stuck at 8 and 11.
Help for Level 11:
Right-click on the mouse.
Still stuck on 8.
Wonderful game! It reminds me of hoshi saga. I love it!
For 8:
Click the left door a bunch of times.
Nice game !
Stuck on level 8 as well ...
Hint for level 10? I'm stuck.
Stuck on 14?
I'm stuck on 10. Haven't got a clue what I should do..
Never mind, got it.
For 10:
Keep clicking the switch. If you hold it down for a moment each click, you eventually ought to notice one different pattern with an interesting implication.
Fun game. Couldn't get past number 12 though - I just can't click that fast.
16 makes me cry. :[
Stuck on 14. That's the one with
the sliding bars and the numbers that stack
Still don't get level 10. Help.
Done!
Great game! Can I have help with 6 and 10 please!
I can't get past level 6. The one where it says press.
6:
Just press the up and down arrows
I´m still stuck on 10, too!
14?
UUUUURGH I have all but Room #5!
anyone have a hint for 19?
I'm very confused, I click the key, then can't figure out what to do next???
10 minutes and I still haven't gotten #5! Is there a special trick I'm not aware of? :(
got it, you have to
hold the mouse down on the yellow area and move it around until it eventually revolves to become a cabinet
for #5
i just had to keep trying until i eventually grabbed it. Sorry, it takes a while
For 14:
you have to bring the numbers on the right into the right order from Front to Rear.
Any hint for 17? I got the
hammer
already.
I can't figure out level 10. The spoiler a few comments didn't help at all so please help me. It's the only level I still haven't passed (of the first 12 ones.)
Is it me or is 10 really badly made... i have the key, and it is obvious you are supposed to use the same method to get the door, but it just won't work...?
And 13 doesn't seem to grap the key even when you hit it?
Edd,
10 is a pixel-hunt nightmare, agreed. Just keep trying.
What's up with 6? I can't even begin to get it.
No. 14
I have the key and tried swapping numbers, no success. Now what?
14 doesn't make any sense. I don't know if I'm supposed to be solving a math problem, a puzzle, or what. Every time I re-enter the room the number on the top changes. Even further, the numbers in the bottom right (usually look like 0-1 or 1-3) changes after popping the key.
This room is too guessy.
Love these. I finished all 20 levels, I think using every trick I knew. Mostly you just have to try everything you can think of. For 16, it stumped me too, even after I figured it out, but when I tried:
turning off sound and clicking to the rhythm I saw rather than heard
I did it perfectly. Counter-intuitive, but it worked.
After such a tricky game 20 was kind of a let down...
i cant seem to get number 12. im too slow!
Stuck on 14. Can get key easily but door is unfindable.
I need I help with 19! I got the key, but
i am just sitting here opening and closing drawers. Where is the door?
ehh. nevermind
Poor Psychotronic!
Criticised for long reviews;
Forced to write Haiku.
18 was insanely awesome!
Architectonic:
Here's a hint for #12:
You don't actually have to click all that fast, since the door and the key never change position. It's more like a game of memory with only two matching cards.
OK, I must be doing something wrong on 19...
what EXACTLY do you do with the mouse? Do I click it somewhere, move it somehow? PLEASE, detail! All I know is something about a yellow region...and that's no big help to me.
i need help on 14
I am completely stuck on 10.
Don't understand what I should be doing.
I kept pressing on the button but that's just it. Please help.
What on Earth are you supposed to do on 14 to get the door?
ya what do u do on 14?
How on earth do you do anything in number 19?
It just sits their unresponsive to all my mouse movements and gestures!
Ok, what gives with number 19?
I can't get it to do anything!
yes - 14 is so annoying. cant seem to work it out at all. Help please?
For 14, you have to arrange the R to F list as the boxed numbers appear, from front to back (closest to the player being front). Move the sliders around to see which boxes are on which layers.
For 14:
You need to arrange the numbers between the R and F in the order of rear to front. You can find out the order by moving the sliders around and seeing which layers the boxed numbers are on, those closest to you are in front.
What are we suppose to do for opening door 14?
For 15:
Drag the mouse to slide the bar out from under the block, get the key, then drag to pull the door back up.
Complete Walkthrough
level 1.
Take the key and click on the door.
level 2.
Move the cursor in the lower part of the game screen, you’ll notice a yellow line. Actually, you have a lamp and you are now searching for the key. Now go to the upper right part, a little under the “No. 2 QUIT” sign, there’s the key. Take it and click on the door.
level 3.
Keys and doors will star falling. Focus on getting them. Take the key and click on the door.
level 4.
This level is fun. You can’t see your cursor, but the numbers tell you when you are close (you don’t have to wait to be 1, a 9 worked just fine for me). Or you can forget about the numbers and take your cursor out of the game screen and put it inside again trying to follow the line towards the key/door. Take the key and click on the door.
level 5.
This level is all about concentration and speed. Take the red circle, pull it up and try to get the key before it comes down again. Good luck!
level 6.
Well? What are you waiting for, press the up and down arrows! Not simultaneously, of course. Take the key and click on the door.
level 7.
Use the tank to get the key and to shoot the door. The aiming is not as it seems. For the key aim a little higher than the key. For the door aim in the upper part of the screen, somewhere close to the imaginary vertical line that would divide the screen in half. In other words, in the beginning of the right half of the screen.
level 8.
Click on the switch, think of everything you hate and start banging on the door. Take the key, click on the switch and click on the door. Hope you feel better… somehow… relieved… Ha?
level 9.
Click and hold left click and follow the arrows. Take the key, continue to follow the arrows. Click on the door.
level 10.
Keep clicking the switch, but not too fast – you need to click the spot where all of the lines meet in one dot (it sound scarier than it really is). You have to do it twice, obviously.
level 11.
Right click, select “I want a key” from menu. Take it. Right click, “I want the door”. Click it.
level 12.
Well, this level might take quite a lot of your time if you don’t focus. You can only progress step by step (that is: square by square) and you don’t know where is the key nor where is the door. The good thing is that you don’t die, it’s not “game over” or any of that crap. You just have to remember where you found the key. Then find the door. Their positions will remain the same. Then try to click both of them in the time you’re given. Of course, needless to say that you would have to click the key and then the door… right?
level 13.
This can be tricky. For the key, aim in the upper corner on the right side of the first quartern of the screen. You must click when the circle comes over the key (I would start clicking like crazy before it comes there). For the door, aim exactly in the position between the beginning of the vertical line (top part, that beginning) and the upper side of the screen. You can hit the door from other positions too, but this is the easiest one to explain. You agree without a doubt.
level 14.
Ah, the great old level 14! You can see that the numbers are piled up. Treat them as if they are written on tiles. When you move the circles, you can see that one tile appears on top and the rest of them follow. You have to figure out which one is first, second, third, and so on… and in the end, which one is on the bottom. As you discover, put the respective number in the squares in the column on the right.
Apparently the combination changes, so I can’t help you with that. In my case, the number was (from top to bottom) 6521034. That was the order of the numbers not by first appearance, but I started by which number appeared last, i.e. which number is on the bottom of the pile.
level 15.
Drag the horizontal yellow line to the left. The door will collapse. Take the key. Grab the door, hold the left click and move the cursor over the game screen line. You will hear a click and the door will stay up. Click on the spot that you noticed by now (it looks like a handle).
level 16.
Well, get ready. This level can be annoying for the impatient people. You have to keep up with the number on the left. Click the first domino, they will start falling making a distinctive noise. The number on the left changes from 0 to 1 and vice-versa. When you click the circle in between, the number on the left starts counting the dominoes. And I suggest that you do to if you want to finish this level. If the numbers you got don’t match with the ones on the left, the counting starts over.
level 17.
Take the small vertical yellow thing on the right, put it on top of the long vertical yellow thing. Hit the big yellow square right in the middle. Take the key and click on the door.
level 18.
Type as fast as you can! Take the key. Type as fast as you can! Click on the door.
level 19.
Click and hold left click in the middle of the yellow shape (that will turn out to be that thing with drawers) and move quickly left and right few times until it turns around. Like every good and proud escaper, you will probably check the drawers (and find nothing) and check under- there is the key, take it. Click top right corner of the front side, you will get another view. Actually, this is a view to the door. Click the small orange dot.
level 20.
Click the yellow board. Check the time on your computer and set the numbers. Take the key. Click the yellow board again. You know what to do.
Really ? another point and click escapey type game? and it isnt Wednesday!
You guys make me so happy XD
i am stuck on 6 i kept pressing but nothing happenned
I'm stuck on 19
I got the key, but how do I find the door?
Level 8
Transfer the door onto your left side then keep on clicking /banging on the door until it bursts open to reveal the key
Number 19 Hint:
Move your mouse over the drawer might give you an audio clue...
Number 19 solution:
Click the upper right corner of the drawer's front several times to find (very tiny) door
where should i press in 6?!!!!
i am losing my nerves
i have done all but level 6. It says press but press what? any ideas?
Level 19 solution
1) Turn the cabinet (click and drag)
2) Check under it for the key
3) Check the front right corner for the door
Level 6
Think outside the mouse
balikos
you dont use your mouse.
You use the key/s indicated
what about 10
i pressed to get the pattern where all lines meet. am i near or not at all
Best. Review. Ever.
My hat (if I had a hat) off to you, sir.
Yes LS!
I am stuck on 14!
I'm stuck on 14. :/
I'm at room 8 at the moment and so far I like what i got a lot. Someone mentioned Hoshi Saga and I must agree - reminded me of those games too.
The good old ancient Hercules monitor image is awesome :)
Good find and good entertainment.
balikos
yep, thats right
you can hold the mouse button down to see it but it goes when you try to go to the exact point where all the lines converge
...just keep trying...its a pig of a pixel hunt
Please, what do you do in 14? I'm stumped!
14 might be something to do with the order of numbers front to rear?
Got all but #8. That one's giving me a hard time... But, hey... :)
i am feeling stupid, mate. keep trying until what?!!
OMGoodness! i got it
level 14
after you slide the horizontal to the left to get the key...
you have to ascertain the order that the numbers stack. By sliding them to and fro and up and down you can work out which goes on top of which.
Then you put the numbers in the correct order at the side. F is front, R is rear
(the order changes each time)
I've done all so far but 11. Any help?
Oh, I see there are more than 10 rooms... Good to know :)
Very nice game :)
For 14:
Get the key by dragging the bottom circle to the left. To get the door, you need to line up the numbers in the row on the right, so the order matches the ones in the middle. Just press a number, then another to switch their places. F marks Front, R marks rear.
balikos
you need to find the pattern where all the lines converge and click exactly on that spot, except the pattern disappears when you move the cursor of the switch and you have to remember where it is (or physically put someting on your screen like i did!) even then it is still a pixel hunt
Had nothing much to do at work right now, so here's a walkthrough !
Hope it helps ^^
Room 1 :
Click the switch, pick up the key and click the door, those are the basics
Room 2:
The room is dark, your mouse is a spotlight, find the key on the top-right corner, the door is on the bottom-left
Room 3:
Just catch the key then the door as they fall
Room 4:
The mouse is broken and doesn't display the cursor, try to estimate your position to click the key then the door.
You can "cheat" by right clicking to see where you are
Room 5:
Slowly pull up the black circle up until the key is revealed, then release and quickly click it. Aim for the bottom of the key.
Room 6:
Press the up and down arrows on your keyboard to make key and door appear
Room 7:
Just shoot so that the cursor passes over the key then the door
Room 8:
Click the switch, then click repeatedly on the left door until it reveals the key, then click the switch to get the real door back
Room 9:
Again the cursor is a spotlight, click and hold where the arrow is and drag the mouse following the arrows to the key, from there, the next arrow is up-left from it, follow them again to the door.
Room 10:
Click and hold repeatedly the switch until you see a pattern where all the lines converge on the same spot. Note carefully where the spot is, then go click there to get the key. Repeat to get the door.
This is pure pixel hunting, so try to move and click around where the spot should be to find it.
Room 11:
Right click and choose the "I want" option twice.
Room 12:
You must click a yellow square near the black one to "move" the black square. You have limited time to find the key and the door.
Key is on the 4th line from the top, at the very right end of it.
Door is at the left end of the 2nd line from the bottom
Room 13:
Cursor-shooting tank again, except this time you only have three tries AND you must click (anywhere on the screen) when the cursor is on the key or the door.
Try to remember where to shoot once you have a good spot for the key, in case you don't get the door right away after it.
Room 14:
First of all, slide the bottom slider all the way to the left to get the key.
Now, as you move the sliders, you can see the tiles with numbers overlap in a definite way, the aim is to reproduce the order they stack on to the numbers on the right. The F indicates the Front tile, the R the rear tile. So the topmost tile will be at the bottom of the column.
The numbers seem to change every time, so can't give them here.
Not sure about the numbers under the column, but I think the numbers on the right indicate how many numbers are correctly placed.
Room 15:
Slide the bottom bar all the way to the right or the left by click-dragging it. After getting the key, click and hold the fallen block and slide the mouse all the way to the top so it sticks back into place. Click the knob to find the door
Room 16:
This one is hard, first click the leftmost bar to start the dominos.
You have to click the round button at the same rythm as the dominos fall, keeping your counter (on the right) up to date to the domino counter on the left.
Problem is, after a while, the units digit from the left counter is replaced by a ? then the tens digit too, so you have to rely on the dominos to reach 100.
Tymbri above suggested to turn off the sound and concentrate on the visuals.
Be careful as the rythm seems to slow down towards the end.
Also, dont stop to grab the key once it appears at 50, it will still be there when you reach the door at 100.
Good luck, this one might take some time to master.
Room 17:
Move the small thing on the right to the top of the stick on the left to make a hammer and reveal the key. Then hit the center of the rectangle with the hammer to shatter it and reveal the door
Room 18:
Just type the words on the keyboard to reveal the key, then the door.
Room 19:
Aim for the center of the shape, then move the cursor slightly up and right. Click and hold, then drag the mouse to the left. It might take some tries to find exactly where to drag. Also the movement of the mouse seems to need to be as horizontal as possible for it to work.
Don't bother with the drawers, and click under them so you can find the key.
Go back to the full view (by clicking the bottom half of the screen) and click on the top-right corner of the front face of the table (if you have the sound on, you'll hear a 'lil sound when you hover the right place)
You should see a small dot on the corner, that's the door.
Room 20:
Click the rectangle, then press the buttons so that the numbers match the time of your computer.
Take the key, close the cover and open the door
Level 14:
First:
Move the horizontal slider all the way to the left to show the key.
Then:
The squares are actually at different depths. By moving the sliders you can see that some numbers are higher than others and go over the top of each other. You can now input this order into the right-hand scale with the top-most going nearest to the F (Front) and the bottom-most going nearest the R (Rear).
Only open this if you really are stuck:
This'll start you off: F15XXXXXR
F1536420R
What a brilliant game, but level 16 is simply too annoying so sadly this is one game I'm never going to complete. Casual gameplay means I'm not going to spend half an hour trying to master tapping on my mouse button 100 times!
I still can't get Lv 19 to do anything at all, even after Seregmegilmor's hints.
Shawn,
Yeah, 19 is a real pain in the neck
Basically you just have to keep trying it until it works. Not very fun in my opinion.
Anyway, I just finished the game. Some levels were fun, some were just sheer drudgery. For me, games like this work when the solution involves thinking outside of the box. In other words figuring out the solution, not implementing it, is the hard part. Pixel hunting and tiresome repetition are not my cup of tea.
Overall, though, not bad.
Well, room 16 seems to be a punishment for the progression... The sound gets to yer nerves in like half a minute. and how far do you have to go for the door? My counter got reset at about 92.
Also, the rythm seems to get rather uneven after about 60. Dunno if it's intentional (hope not...) or microcuts in the net-connection, but they make this level near impossible...
Walkthrough
Intro:
Click the key. Then click the door.
-
Click the switch. Click the key. Click the door.
-
Try moving your mouse to the edges of the field.
Your mouse is a flashlight. The key is to the rop right, door is bottom left.
-
Click the falling key, then the door!
-
Mouse doesn't work? What are those numbers?
The numbers represent the distance from that point to your mouse. You can also put your mouse outside the playing field to see where it is!
-
What does that button do?
Pull it up, then quickly click on the key. This make take a few tries!
-
Press!
Press up and down arrow on your keyboard!
-
The tank shoots your mouse pointer. Aim and get the key, repeat for the door and voila.
-
Doors keep popping up?
Click a whole bunch of times on the left door, it'll fall and reveal the key. Then pull up the right door and enter!
-
Nothing happens when you click it or press the arrow?
Then drag it! Follow the instructions. That's all.
-
Is it really random?
Try clicking the switch a bunch of times. Do you see a pattern that keeps repeating itself?
Remind the exact spot where the lines hit each other, and then go pixel hunting. If you succeed, the key will pop up. Repeat for the door.
-
You want the key. Click does nothing. Typing does nothing..
Tried using your right mouse button?
-
Move your mouse to see where you can click.
You don't have to do it in one try. Just memorize where the key and door are, then go to the key and then the door in one try.
-
The tank again. But you only have 3 arrows.. And it didn't grab the key?
Then try clicking on the key the moment the arrow flies over it. Same for the door. After 3 arrows are up, you lose the key again!
-
Mess around with the buttons. Ah, the key pops out. That was easy.. but where is the door? And what are all those numbers?
The buttons move all the cards around. Figure out which card is most on top, and then arrange the little cards to the right to match the pattern from front-to-back
-
Move the vertical bar on the bottom all the way to the right. Then you will find the key.
Then grab the thing that just fell, and move it up. Move it so that it stays up, then click on the door. -
First click the left domino. Then for each stone that drops, click on the button in the middle. Try to keep the two 'scoreboards' as close to each other as possible. It'll reset at a certain difference, I think at 2. When you reach 50 you will get the key, reach 100 and you will reach the door.
-
You can move the left thing. Moving the right thing find you the key. Move the small thing on top of the top of the stick. It forms a hammer. Now make it hit the orange rectangle often in the middle. It's a door!
-
Type the word. Letters will become white. New word appears. Rince and repeat. Grab the key when the wall falls. Then repeat again until you see the door. It will even keep your score!
-
I can click but nothing happens?
Click on the orange thing then hold your mouse button down and start moving your mouse from left to right of the playing field. It will flip, and is a cabinet. But the drawers are empty?
Look below the cabinet, it's a key. But where is the door?
Click just above the top drawer, and to the right, to the edge of the cabinet. it's a tiny door!
-
Two sets of numbers, clicking the buttons make them go up.
Put the current time into the numbers, a key will pop up. But where is the door?
Click the vertical orange bar on the top. It falls down and there is the door.
Seregmegilmor:
What do you mean "switch" in level 1?
Ah I got beat to it :)
I think I figured out how to get the lvl 19 to work everytime !
So replace the first paragraph of point 19 on my walkthrough by this one :
Click and hold the mouse anywhere on the orange block, now move the mouse to the left in a swift movement until the mouse gets out of the screen !.
I've tried doing it like that and it worked 10 times out of 10
The way it -always- works for me is grab the orange box, drag to the right, then all the way left.
@Seregmegilmor yes, you are right, i tried lvl 19 using the previous walktrough hint like a 100 times,
Only to drag it off the screen once by mistake, and it worked
Was about to write that here as well, but you beat me to it :)
That should teach me to grab the walktrough to early, i did all before w/a a walktrough anyway, except for lvl 8. Needed a hint there.
Really taking those calls for shorter reviews seriously, eh Psychotronic? :)
so even though i've read all the walkthroughs for lvl 14, i'm still stuck. i have my numbers in the correct order on the right, but nothing's happening. how do i get the door to appear?
They really should have spared the pixel hunting levels... I was very lucky with level 10, got it right the first time, but at level 17 I
kept hammering the damn rectalnge everywhere
for about 5 minutes before resorting to the walkthru and even then it took me like 2 minutes to find THAT ONE place...
I tried clicking and dragging at least 1000 times (literally) and still nothing. All it did is get me fustrated and want to kill my computer just so I can never return to this site. Thanks
I agree very like Hoshi Saga
and I love stuff like this
but I do get very vexed that you get so far
and get stuck not cos you cant work it out but cos you just cant click quick enough
I'm an old woman for pete's sake
I have an underactive thyroid and ME!!!
please send a youngster round to help me do room 5 at your earliest convenience...I will bake cake (sorry fans of portal)
I loved 16.
Simple at first, but ramps up when you lose the numbers and then the sound.
I found it best to just start tapping my foot with the dominoes and click on the off-beats. Then just keep the beat when the sound drops.
Apart from lvls 16 and 19 and some of the pixel hunting it was fun.
joye feels self-pity
the laptop touchpad is not
suitable for this
I'm in 10, and I've gotten the key, and I'm pretty sure I'm clicking in the right spot for the door, but nothing is happening (as if I'm really not clicking in the right spot)
Nevermind. It seems a little
down and to the right
than where it was supposed to be.
I found a way to get 5 really easily
Right-click as soon as you pull open the blind and reveal the key, then move your mouse over to the key and left click. Okay so it's kind of cheating...but that level was driving me crazy!
Could this count as a room escape in its most basic form, with one trick per room?
I would say yes, right down to its reluctance to admit that pixel-perfect (or similar) timing only encourages spoilers/random frantic guesswork. For the most part, the game was fun. it was like Hoshi Saga, except with keys AND doors, detracting slightly from the simplicity of one goal rather than one made up of two halves.
*Yech*...the game was decent right up until level 16. Given the different speeds of systems and other things that might influence the timing...that's a really lousy puzzle--not to mention impassable in my case. :-( I *loathe* rhythm/timing puzzles to begin with, and it's rather disappointing to have to deal with one in the middle of what is otherwise a rather nice logic puzzler. Perhaps the author will learn better game design for the next time around. :-/
The game is brilliant.
Psychotronic's review is
Quite brilliant also!
okay, fun game, but for some reason if i click on the door when i don't have the key firefox freezes for about 20 seconds. This annoys me. Has anyone else run into this issue?
In fact, Firefox is freezing frequently when I do all sorts of things in this game. It's about ready to make me quit.
Ok game but not obviously designed for a laptop. Would rather have games to tax the mind not the fingers.
Oops. About my previous comments: my bad. Another program was using all my processor time. Nothing to do with the game. :)
I suggest for 14...
closing your eyes and concentrating on your clicks.... once I started thinking about the picture of the falling blocks, I lost.
14 is really vexing.
I know what I'm supposed to do, but I can't figure out the order of the tiles at the bottom because the numbers are completely covered.
Plus, what do the two numbers in the bottom-right corner mean?
Hooray for haikus!
Thanks for bringing them back, Psy!
I missed them so much.
Now I'm off to play
Kagi Nochi Tobira
Room escapes are sweet!
16 made me quit...
It doesn't run smoothly, so the timing changes/hiccups randomly. I'm sure it doesn't help that I have a dozen tabs open in my browser, but choosing between closing all of them or closing this game is simple.
Sayonara Kagi Nochi Tobira
I love this game to death, but level 10 almost made me cry.
Haha...
fun game overall...
Though some of the lvls were annoying.
14 was annoying =_="
Loved all the other ones though!
Omg, i took the advice on turning the volume all the way up on lv 19..
it scared the crap out of me T_T Pretty much all you do for lv 19 is hold the left mouse key and keep sliding it left and right all over the shape, then it'll turn.
And I can't believe I actually finished this game, wow. I feel accomplished.
Very creative; it was very fun to play. I would like to see more from this author. Maybe even a second key series.
Any help on 14?
I've got the key and I'm pretty sure everything's in order. Is there anything else I have to do?
Argh! Level 16. The inhumanity.
For Number 10
Try zooming your browser view in a few stops. That helped me out
purpleskiesxx When the numbers are in order the door will pop up at the top. Also the box with the numbers in like 3-2 will change to just a 7.
I'm giving in for now 16 has me wanting to put my foot through the screen. Brill game though.... not 16 obviously.
Clever game even if at some points I had no idea (level 19 anyone). But still good use of 10 minutes.
The domino level really spoiled this game. It went far too fast for me to actually complete on my system.
Don't forget level E. :)
Not that it needs a spoiler or that it's even a level, but once the credits finish rolling, there is another key and door to click. Doesn't lead anywhere or anything, but it's there nonetheless.
Hi.. I cannot get past 19.. It just wont let me. I have quit the game.. BUT... I understand about drudging through levels. it leaves you bored, wanting to leave the game, and in some instances a little mad because you bothered... But thinking outside the box.. Teaches you logic and abstract thinking. Both of which are needed for many of these games.
Thanks Iceebear
for room 10:
i managed to get the key and the door by using my mouse technically. you need to first hold the left button of the mouse and when you see the pattern you need, switch to the right button. now you can move your mouse to the remained pattern but don't release your hold yet. aim at the dot and quickly press your left button. if you fail once, try it again.
good luck!
I'm stuck on 13. No matter how fast I click, I can never get the cursor to grab the key.
Am I the only one who's stuck at 13?
ARGH On Level 16, I cant Get Past 79!!!
Walkthrough is not complete.
There's more to level 14:
You can't discover what is the relation between the three middle tiles just by moving the levers. You just can't (try and see). Of course, there are just 6 possibilites of arrangement (which is why most of you eventually succeeded in solving this level). Though I've noticed there's an X-Y square at the bottom of the right column. What does it mean? I wonder. It must posses some additional information as to help solving the puzzle. I cannot (at the moment) think of any probable function it might possess, but I humbly suggest we, as a group eager to make the walkthroughs of the internet complete, try and find its importance since it is a better (and smarter) way to solve the puzzle.
Total fab game. Can't stop myself repeating the
typing level
as it's so fun!!
I'm stuck at eleven, already saw the cheat but can't make it work. Help!
For level 14, is it mastermind?
on 16 you have to click in the right box by the rhythm of the "toc" "toc"
I cheated on 5, but it's their fault; I hate reaction time games. :D
Argh! I cannot get past 10!
Every time the right picture comes up and I let up on the left click or take the cursor off the button, it dissapears.
I've finished all the other available levels, and only have this one keeping me from moving forward. Help please!
Finally got 14 with some luck. I still don't understand what those 2 numbers under the tiles meant but
it turned into just "7" when I finally got the door.
I finally got past 10 only to get stuck on 16 for forever. An interesting game, but very frustrating most of the time. I almost quit without finishing several times.
By the way, did anyone else notice that the rooms are set up in the shape of a key on the main page? It's not important, but it's a nice touch.
I can't do level 6! I keep pressing up and down but nothing is happening. :( Someone help me.
Anyone using LINUX get past 19? Maybe flash plug=in doesn't allow to click and drag.
For 10, a helpful hint...
Use something small, like the jack of a headphone or a paperclip or something, to keep track of where the intersecting lines are.
I could only get to level five.
for 8, have the door appear on the left then click it like 20 times real quick. You can figure out the rest.
about level 14
i pressed enter while clicked that help me to keep myself focused. maybe it works for you too
for level 6 press the arrow keys on your keyboard up for the door, down for the key
Help! How do you cheat on number 5, cause that thing is driving me crazy!!! I got 1 - 12 without cheating, except number 5...and after I looked at the solution (which was actually what I had been doing all along) I still couldn't get it. Sometimes I even hit the key, but nothing happens...I can't get the right-click cheat to work, so are there any other ways out there? Thanks:)
Thanks Seregmegilmor! I was going crazy!
Ugh, Even if you go back to Level 12 and to 13,
it doesn't matter. The line still appears, so now what? How are ever going to get past L 13?
:/ Help??
my past comment was about lvl 16, sorry
This reminds me of that game where you have to find the stars.
Nope. #'s 5 and 16 are far too heavily dependent upon system capabilities. A memory processing spike in the midst of #16 shut me down twice as I reached 80-ish, and I would have never gotten 5 without a similar spike.
The pleasure of the rest of the puzzle is *far* outweighed by the aggravation that 5 and 16 bring. Maybe for the next game the author can actually make a real puzzle instead of "look! click fast!" That's game design along the lines of "I add challenge to my boss battles by doubling the creatures' hit points, hurr."... in other words, it's the lazy man's way out, and disappointing to see given the rest of the 'rooms'.
What do you have to do in room 1? Argh!
Level 16, the Dominoes.
Practice with sound, kind of timing.
To complete: do it from begeining without sound.
Look for falling dominoes. This is because sound will disappear anyway somewhere 6?, and it starts to speed up also 7?. And then to final ending it will slow down, which is then easier to look.
How do you do #10? It's insane, I can't get it to stay at the intersecting lines part.

My thoughts on a few levels:
8/10
The only two that I actually had to resort to hints for, and now that I'm finished I feel a bit lame for doing so :P What really screwed me up was that both have the pair of horizontal lines, so I thought maybe the puzzles were related in some way.
5/13
Agreed, click-fests do not make a fun puzzle. I enjoyed 12 and 18, though.
16
I guess I had a bit of an unfair advantage with this one, since I'm a musician :D Even so, I had a pretty hard time getting anything higher than 80.
4/11/20
Just thought those particular ones were rather clever :D 20 was rather easy for being the last level though- 19 might have been better for that.
I cant get past 18, im not a fast typer any hints?
I don't get why everyone hates 16 so much. I completed it 1st time, no problems, and it's the best level imho.
How the whiskers do you do Level 10? I've tried everything posted.
I got level 16 on second try. I really loved this one. Seems like everyone hates level 16 because it needs sense of rhythm x)
I completely started over. And I still am stuck with the line on #13. Is there anyway to restart the game? I'm never going to get this game finished! :{
Level 16 seems harder then you think! To keep up with the count drives me nuts!
Lucky I was able to get past Level 13! :}k9
Same here Level 16 is horrible! Even turning the volume down doesn't help. I can get the key if I'm not right on the money with the count, but getting the door is like drive a nail through a rock! Good Luck with it :/
I had trouble with 16, like a lot of others. Flash doesn't run so well in Firefox, and so the speed of the game is unreliable. My strategy was to say "bam" when a domino fell and hit the next one, and click each time I said "bam". Saying something helped me concentrate. Otherwise I'd lose track of what I was looking at, because your eyes try to follow the dominoes off the left side of the screen, instead of looking for the next impact.
"I don't get why everyone hates 16 so much. I completed it 1st time, no problems, and it's the best level imho."

An unbeleiver, persecute, kill the heretic!!!...... Is a John Cleese line in Life of Brian. :-P
Of course you dont get why everyone hates 16 so much combot55, you didn't spend 2 hours (2 hours that I'll never get back) trying all sorts to beat the thing and having to quit before you punched a hole through time out of sheer frustration. You did it first time you lucky/skilled/blessed (all 3?) gamer you, well done by the way. I was loving this game until that level. Now I HATE it with a capital disdain and 5 unrepentant exclamation loathes
at the end.
A fun little game, very similar to the 'Hoshi Saga' series but with a different aesthetic.
P.S. Level 16 was easy (=P), seriously, I just counted along in my head and got it second time. Level 11 and Level 19, though...they had me stumped for a good while.
Oops...Level 11 stumped me, I mean, not Level 16. ^_^'
Thank you seregmegilmor. It's easier than it looks. As others have said, it took 2 tries and I was cleared of the level. So help me with level 20. I haven't seen anyone being stuck?
Whenever I put the numbers on the left side, they don't go all the way up to the numbers on the right side. :/ Thanks
Is it me or do I have stupid written on my head?
It only took me Duh! to figure out Level 20. I wouldn't mind doing it again!
Okay, I'm stuck on level 10. I understand that you have to click on the point where all the lines meet, but the problem is, I can't figure out how you do that. I'm on a MacBook laptop and every time I move the mouse off the friggin' switch or try to right click, it goes away. T.T someone please help, because this is driving me up the wall.
On stage 5, if you aren't fast enough, you can click to pull the circle up, and then move your cursor out of the game REALLY quick, then highlight the game.
The curtain will freeze, and all you do is double-click to key quickly and there you are.
This is a suggestion for those who can't aim well, like myself.
This has to be my favourite escape the room game ever. The two that I couldn't complete on my own were also the two I thought worst done - perhaps like the Penny Arcade T-Shirt says, "Games (that I suck at) are Stupid"... nevertheless, I think that the solutions to #8 and #19 weren't very logical. There might have been other illogical ones that I just happened to get right away and so they didn't stick in my head - or perhaps I my brain just isn't wired to think right for those particular two puzzles.
Nevertheless the game is well done, from the simple interface (which doesn't interfere with the puzzling) to the fact that being stuck in one room doesn't always mean you're stuck for good. Sometimes all you need is to try your brain elsewhere for a bit.
I particularly liked the end reward, and stayed there for several minutes fiddling with the on/offs and enjoying the music. Few point-and-click games have such a worthwhile conclusion.
Hmm, it seems that a lot of people are having trouble with #16. I was also lucky enough to get it on the first try, and it seems my strategy was different from many others so perhaps it might help someone:
Rather than concentrating to click every time a domino fell, I started off doing that and then just continued clicking at that rate. Watching the dominoes will help you to know if you're losing the rhythm but don't try to click in time with them - and don't freak out and start thinking you've lost it when the question marks appear or the sound goes away. Just keep clicking.
I don't know if that'll help or not, I hope so!
lvl16 was EASY. i dont know what are you complaining about o0
I just can't get level 5. It's killing me!
ok so after goin nuts on 10, i finally figured out what people were trying to say in the other posts
even though the intersection of the lines disappears, remember where that spot was, and click around that area until you get it.. you dont have to click on the actual picture! didnt know that, i thought you had to actually click on the lines
i cant figure out 14.. im assuming the R and F on the right stand for front and rear? as in the piles? i dunno.. but i realized that you can switch the numbers on the right around, e.g. if you want 5 at the top of the colomn, click 5 and then click the top
nice use of haiku in your review ^^
lvl 10:
the spot changes after the key. Also it gets a lot more touchy about the where. Click like mad in that general area
Completed.
Had trouble with the same ones most people had difficulty with, but got through.
For the clicking stage with the time limit, a tip:
consider location of items of interest
Actually 19 is not THAT tricky a move to be executed :
Try just clicking somewhere on the shape around the middle, holding and dragging it with a swift move OUTSIDE the Flash area -- should be working everytime, no need to find a very special spot or doing a really horizontal move.
Spoiler to level five:
Pull up the tab, move the mouse a little bit to the left and right click. This pauses everything and you have all the time in the world to place the mouse directly on the key and click it.
for number 5
I put the circle up then right clicked. after that i moved the mouse to the key and clicked
i beat the game!
for level 14:
i just sort of made it so i could see all of the tiles but none were completely out of sight.
i found that 16 is easier if you close your eyes and just stick to the beat
A decent game ruined by the totally idiotic level 16.
OMG I FINALLY GOT 14!!!
Thanks for posting hints!
omg lol everyone hated level 16 XD
same here
Why does lvl 5 have to be so cruel?
I can't figure out 14.
I thought I knew what to do, but the levers will not show you the exact relationship between tiles and the point of those numbers eluded me.
Then I checked out the walkthrough, and surprise, surprise, the author of the walkthrough obviously lucked out on 14 because his "hints" are worth squat.
Either the level is ingeniously clever or attrociously stupid.
oooh the dominoes! -,- but I got em after half an hour to and fro...
the last one was hilariously easy :P
How do I solve level 20? I got the key but can't find the door.
16 was an ender for me. Ridiculously long and heavy handed. It should have went to 25 or 50 at the most. A shame for such a great game to be marred like that.
this game is not laptop friendly. Unless you have a mouse for your laptop don't even try to beat this game. Period.
agreed, 16 made me quit and i was quite enjoying it until then
first time to write here~
hope this isnt posted before
a trick i developed for level 5
just pull the entire window to the left of your computer monitor screen, so that the key is right on the margin of your computer screen ;whenever you move your cursor to the left, the cursor will be blocked by the left side of your monitor; it makes it easier for you to click the key : ) hope it works for u!
So for Level 14 you need to manipulate the numbers and discover how they are stacked on top of each other. R = Rear F = Front. The bottom two and the top two numbers are fairly easy to figure out. It is the middle three that might be a bit of a problem. You simply switch out the numbers on the right hand side by clicking on the number you want to place and then the location that it should belong. When you get the order correct a 7 appears at the coordinates box and a door appears at the top.
Room 14: I read all the spoilers and was convinced that I had the numbers correctly but no door! If there is no door then you are wrong, as as soon as you get the correct numbers then the door appears right away. I hope that helps!

Walkthrough Guide
