FM Studios is back with the third chapter of spin-off series from Forgotten Hill...at a different time in a different place, the wardrobe showed up again. In a house inherited from a distant relative, there was a special key in the safe deposit box that didn't fit any of the locks in the house. That's what the family thought until they found a bricked-up room with a beautiful wardrobe in it during renovations. Yes, the key did fit the lock on the warderobe... and then the tragic event happened.
While playing during the renovation, their only son had a terrible accident and died. A few months have passed since then. The pain of loss is still overwhelming and the mother still thinks of her beloved son, thoughts of him don't want to leave her. Her husband had to leave and she was left to the loving care of Doctor Mellor.
When the husband left, dreams began to come in which the son kept coming back and his mother took the path the boy had advised her. And yes, the wardrobe had a lot to do with it, promising the impossible. And desperate people do desperate things...
Dark adventure by FM Studios has few nasty moments but isn't much scary, and luckily, this time the puzzles do not require quick reactions nor are they particularly difficult. The game as usual has a dark atmosphere and fitting soundtrack, and slowly flows to an inevitable end.
Wishing you happy playing!

I lost it with the flower selection. I see the piece of paper but it makes no sense. I consulted a video walk through and apparently this particular puzzle is different each game. But it still makes no sense.
Time to go. I will wait for someone to explain it.
Oooooh, new Forgotten Hill! 😀
That puzzle is tricky. You can't solve it without that paper, as the paper provides you the clues you need:
There are four types of insects, and six types of flowers. Each insect responds to each flower a different way: moving up or down one position, moving up or down two positions, or staying put (as indicated by an X). For example, the black insect moves up one in response to the twin roses. It moves up twice in response to the purple flower, and doesn't move at all for the flower with red and yellow petals.
On each attempt, the game shows you a specific insect on the right side. Your goal is to get this insect up to the crown at the top of its lane, while suppressing the other insects.
The way I solved it was to get the selected insect to the top as quickly as possible. By consulting the chart, I gave it the flower which would move it forward once or twice to get it to the top as fast as possible. I consulted the chart to find which of the remaining flowers would knock back the other insects (or at least limit their forward movement as much as possible).
I'm not entirely clear on whether the selected insect must be touching the crown or moving off the screen (i.e., its legs reaching underneath the crown). And I'm not entirely sure if you're supposed to move all the other insects off the bottom of the screen or not. I assume not on the latter, as the third insect (who has no double moves at all) was still on the screen when I successfully solved it.
It requires a lot of back-and-forth with the paper, but ultimately, it doesn't appear to be all that hard. You just need to really pay attention to what you're putting where. 🙂
About pulled my hair out over the missing numbers puzzle.
Some simple addition is necessary.
Think of this puzzle as a pie with missing pieces. For each missing piece, the slice opposite is quite helpful!
Each slice with a two-digit number corresponds to the one directly across from it.
Add the digits of any two-digit number together to get the value of the slice opposite.
The missing numbers are 2, 9, 5, and 7.
When you get an item with a number (indicating you have more than one in your inventory), look closer at it. It is not an item you've already used!
I thought those candles were pieces of chalk. Drove myself nuts when they wouldn't write on the chalkboard! 😄
