- • Escape01_Colors
- • Girls Room No.6: Hair Roller
- • Button Escape 31
- • Alien Escape
A handful of escape games sprinkled on your day should suffice to chase away any midweek doldrums and release stress. At least, it's a theory worth more investigation. Hence these four selections from Esklavos, FunkyLand, Tototo Room and 90'Escape_Game are presented in our latest Weekday Escape venture.
- • Mom's First Class Reunion
- • The Games of Escape
- • SleepWalking
Esklavos, no1game, and newcomer SnailCraft combine to serve up the three free piping hot games of this week's Weekday Escape. How do YOU get yourself psyched up and properly attired to play escape games? Bet you can't beat my method.
- • Chick Hide and Seek 21
- • Girls Room No.4: Eye Shadow
- • The Big Crab Escape
Yuri, FunkyLand, and Esklavos share the Weekday Escape spotlight this week, well qualified to bust your boredom and satisfy your need for escape with cuteness, whimsy and artistic flare.
- • Break Free the Temple
- • Button Escape 14
- • Ancient Forest Escape
Put on your adventurer's leather fedora and play Selfdefiant's latest Break Free escapade. Then, flashback to another Tototo Room for eleven more buttons to find. Lastly, explore Esklavos' beautiful fantasy atmosphere for the keys to unlock a magic portal.
- • Find the Escape-Men 111: Fairy Tale
- • Paper World Escape
- • FunkyLand 10th Anniversary
These three creations from Esklavos, FunkyLand, and No1Game are just a few of many examples why escape games are so appealing. This time around, finding escape men is secondary to finding enlightenment in an uplifting fantasy, paper craft-inspired artwork make the beautiful backdrop to brain-teasing puzzles, and you'll need to gather five ingredients to make a celebratory cake in a whimsical room.
- • Magic Book Escape
- • Fruit Kitchens No.7: Apple Mango
- • Find the Escape-Men 105: Freshmen
It's a gorgeous day in some tropical paradise somewhere, so why not take a vacation and enjoy the day? Go through FunkyLand's door by collecting seven mangoes then find magic on the beach with Esklavos. When it's time to return to work, though, No1Game's escape men would rather not; you'll need to find and usher those green slackers back to the office.
- • Maze of Similar Rooms
- • Candy Rooms No.10: Lettuce Green Natural
- • Dark Alley Escape
These three escape games spark up a variety of moods. Hottategoya uses mazes and minimalism for those seeking a spatially cranial experience. FunkyLand's whimsy and cheerfulness evokes a summertime ease. Meanwhile, if you're wanting something a tinge darker, Esklavos' mini-adventure is a step in that direction.
- • Easy Joe 2
- • Shapes 'N' Mates
- • Magic Halloween Escape
- • 10 More Bullets
With chain-reaction shooting action, one final Halloween escape hurrah, a point-and-click puzzle about funky bunnies, and a lesson in fitting in delivered through puzzle form, this week's Link Dump Friday is a little eclectic, but that's how we like it!
You don't know why, but you've got to escape... and you've got to do it over the course of three nights. Three Nights Escape isn't as bizarre as, say, Detarou's work, but it's not exactly normal, either, if the horse in the bathtub is any indication. It has all the typical disadvantages of a Rutenberg game (mild pixel hunts, puzzles that literally can't be solved without trial and error), but the atmosphere redeems it very well, and the puzzles DO make sense if you look at them just right. Overall, it's definitely worth taking a night or three off to play.
Take a break from escaping rooms, restaurants, and underground spaces to explore this amazing, surreal landscape in an entertaining two scene mini-escape from Frederico Rutenberg.
It's not clear how the scenario of Magic Island Escape 3, an atmospheric escape by Kamikaze Worm, came to be. Whatever the case, you're here now and you need to escape, and to do so you need to activate the magical portal arch by finding and using four colored keys. Got fifteen minutes to kill? Put them to use escaping an island, by all means.
There's not a lot of game here, but what there is is casual gameplay done right. Simple, elegant, easy on the eyes, and over quickly, Hormiga Escape is the perfect little point-and-click gem to go with your early morning coffee, a quick five-minute workout for your brain to kick start the day. Help a little ant get home before disaster strikes!
The Esklavos series is a seventeen-chapter series about two outer-space delivery men named Ungo and Virop. One day they get distracted and crash into a planet called Akea, and as they find out after getting separated, it's in a state of war. With their help, the Akean population must face the Uros and defeat them to restore peace to the planet.
