It's Wednesday and the new Weekday Escape just arrived!
This week is a week of short escapes. The first is Gotmail's one scene escape followed by Jim-Ar's one which offers more fun than would one expect. In LuigiXHero funny game you are supposed to help to liberate imprisoned Nancy, and Selfdefiant trapped you in an empty and unwelcoming house. Why you wish to leave is obvious. Bonus game is by Lutaru.
Have a good time and enjoy!
MicroEscape #21
Short one scene escape by Gotmail is swift and quick, and offers very few puzzles, one chess-themed...can you escape?
The cursor isn't changing, no save option, one ending.
Miniature1
We have already played beautiful games (sadly, in Flash) by Jim-Ar in WE N°277 and it was pleasant meeting, indeed. Now they are back with much shorter but lovely one-scene escape, again with that feeling of the classic pieces of the genre. Several puzzles you need to crack are fresh and unique. Looking forward to their next creation!

Stock Escape Game
LuigiXHero has locked Nancy up in a house and she wants to break free right now. Needs some help from you though - actually you are the one who suggests what to do and Nancy keeps saying what her thoughts about it. She's a bit critical of your actions, I must say, but when a danger appears she's a woman of action, too, and a mere padlock and heavily chained door can't stop her.
The cursor isn't changing, no save option, one ending. Notice that for exploring you need to click the red crossed out circle.
Snow Storm Escape
You woke up in your friend's house. Yesterday was a huge snow storm, it's gone now but your friend too, the water is frozen and no food left. Oh well, time to leave the Selfdefiant's house. Soon you find out that the paddlock on the garden's gate is locked and you have no idea where does your friend keep the key (or the crowbar). Seems that you need to find some hidden items and solve few puzzles before you can leave.
The cursor isn't changing, no save option, one ending.
Bonus game: Aerial Garden is a beautiful escape by Lutaru, unfortunately with indeed quite difficult controls and 3D which may cause dizziness. Also keeps freezing. Otherwise very good game.
We love escape games, and our readers love talking about them and sharing hints! How about you? Let us know what you think, ask for clues, or help out other players in the comments below.

I think I made it almost to the end and then...
Sensitive to hints, tips, questions, etc., click no further.
I cannot get past the paddle ball. I can click on different parts of the dart board? above the door and can make the ball go slightly different but that's it. Nothing else happens. Am I supposed to hit the dart board or the red x in the circle on the door?
The last step
you are supposed to hit the dartboard above the door
it may take few tries
can;t wait for the walkthroughs to these.
I figured out the first puzzle of Aerial Garden.
The weird brown box:
On either side of the building, there are numbers corresponding to what order you press the joystick things on the box. The numbers on the left side of the building say 1,3 and the right side says 2456. So for the joysticks you press LRLRRR. Then a panel slides up and you see shapes in three different colours.
Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out what to do after that. I'm not sure what the R checkmark means. I think the
shapes in the blue circles might be the numbers supposed to be on the weird blue tower thing across from the brown box
but I couldn't figure out a way to manipulate them. Only thing seeming to be able to manipulate was the cylinder for the door code (which I don't know) and the joysticks.
What's the trick in Miniature 1 to
getting the table tennis ball up to the target above the door?
Is there some special method of clicking involved?
All you have to do is click the bullseye.
The second step in Aerial Garden
look at the position of the check mark at R sign
have you seen the letter R somewhere else?
yes!
just reminding - keys K and M are for looking up and down
on the surface by the weird blue tower is huge R
click the spot on the surface where is the check mark on the sign
something happens!
Thank you! Now I'm stuck on the door code
The third step in Aerial Garden
...is not the door code
you can move the big white cube (which was under the 'dome')
just get behind it and go and the box slides in front of you
but where to put it?
maybe wedge it somewhere?
push it under the swinging staircase
now you can climb it
and get the ladder!
I appreciate the help, but I'm actually past that part and
already used the ladder to cross to the island thing, did the rotation with the heads, got the key, and found the markings on the back that likely correspond to the door code.
It is those markings that I tried many ways puzzling out, but every attempt was unfortunately not the correct code for the door.
I see. The door code
imagine four digital eights
substract emphasized lines

hope the walkthroughs are not far off.
