As a big Ghostbusters fan, both the movies and the cartoon (and I suppose the PS3/Xbox 360 game which is pretty much Ghostbusters 3) series, I couldn't notice anything out of the ordinary with the writing. It reads as good as it would have been if it was official material.

I love the references to the Real Ghostbusters series.

Some of those sprites looked like it came from SNK's Metal Slug games.

All in all, a very fun read.

The police chief is a sprite of the main character of Kochikame, an old manga, and the girl is a main character of the anime Zatch Bell. Fun game, there needs to be more games like these. Still waiting for the sequel of that interactive zombie detective one.

Saviour-V teleports in...

So, that's the name of the manga he's from. Nice catch.

Frankly, I wouldn't want that kind of a guy for a police inspector; if memory serves, he'd concentrate more on hare-brained money-making scams than actually catching crooks.

Saviour-V grins, and teleports out...
