The Great Bathroom Escape

JayThe Great Bathroom EscapeThe 3rd in a series of Great Escapes by Mateusz Skutnik and the Pastel Games crew, The Great Bathroom Escape is another short and fun room escape game that will surely entertain like the others to come before it, but don't expect a lengthy challenge.

Use your point-and-clicking skills to locate items, and use those items to help you make your escape. (I wonder if there's any way to use the toilet paper from On's Tontoko Family game in this one?) Play The Great Bathroom Escape.

Walkthrough Guide

I don't know if a walkthrough is needed... but I can't sleep tonight :P

Here we are.

Do you really need it?
  1. Pick up the brush.
  2. Go right. Pick up toothbrush and denture from the shelf, and dental glue from the medicine cabinet.
  3. Go right twice. Pick up suction noozle, open the WC's upper part and take metal plate. Get to WC's left part and take control valve.
  4. Go right twice, notice the fly next to the neon lamp on the mirror. Talk to it and notice the spider and the crossed wooden pieces.
  5. Go left. Use suction noozle on the spider.
  6. Go left twice. Use brush on the crossed wooden pieces
  7. Go left and talk to the fly, which will exit the room and give you a metallic thing. Pick it up, notice it is Key part I.
  8. Use denture on metal plate, obtain small saw.
  9. Use small saw on toothbrush, obtain handle.
  10. Use dental glue on handle, stick control valve on it. You now have Key Part II.
  11. Combine thw two parts of your key, use the key on its hole in the door.
  12. You're out...back in the livingroom??

Nice funny game, kept up the spirit of "The Great Escape" series.

Wow, I'm here for the beginning of a new game! I discovered the site about 2 weeks ago and have been going through all the escape games and, in the past few days, various others. Now maybe I'll be able to help out others :)

First! Here comes the fun!

Dratz! well second isnt bad either. I love this Rocko's Modern Life style. I hope this is as fun as the other 2.

Oh wow, I beat it. Without a walkthrough! I think I could do that more often, actually, but if I'm searching for awhile with no results, the walkthrough becomes very tempting XD

What do you do with the

saw

Abacus:

Use it with another of your items

PS, for those who have finished:

what did you do with the plunger? I used it on the spider but I don't know if it made any difference to the course of the game.

Ahah. I love these games. They don't make any sense at all, but at least I can finish it without help. :D

Becky:

The plunger had to be covering the spider for the lightning bug to do his thing.

Ah, okay! Thanks, Greg :)

what can you do in the bathtub?

Spoiler tags!!

Sorry for the double posting but there should be some kind of trouble with SPOILER tags. =/ I thought i had tagged the walthrough correctly, but I can see it without clicking anything. I'm asking Jay to solve the problem.

Ah, okay. And don't worry, you didn't double post because I am so bored I'm lurking on this page XD

Please use the preview function to test spoilers before posting(!)

I'll take care of it.

Thanks for the walkthrough. I had all the right parts but the game was being picky about how they combined.

I'm sorry Jay, it's 5 AM here and I was too precipitous. I already had sent you a mail about this... Thank you for fixing :)

[Edit: Spoiler tags corrected. The problem was using capital "S" in "spoiler". -Pam]

Yay! Completed without a walkthrough!

I absolutely adore the fly! LOL

And now for some celebratory ice cream...

yeah~i beat it by myself~

Hmm, I have a complete key made but it won't open the door. This happening to anyone else?

Never mind, didn't realize you had to

click on the doorknob then click again on the actual key hole, seems a bit redundant.

haven't tried the game yet, but I noticed three spelling errors on the page:

Te Great Bathrom Escape
"The Great Bathroom Escape"

AND

Look around, search for items, escape form the Bathroom!
"escape from the bathroom"

Grrrrr i cant find the control valve or what ever it is

Sach: you have to

look at the left of the WC. there is a tap you can pick up

I really love the dramatic music and camera angles. I feel like I'm in Mission Impossible: Rocko's Bathroom.

Ah... i love the great escapes :)... what do i do with the

dentures?.. where's this metal plate?..

There's a little "thing" on the right hand side of the toilet that you can click on and it does nothing but disappear... anyone know anything more on this?

Exactly what you got from the first two episodes and what you expected from the sequel. Fun, short and easy - out in like 10 minutes - exactly like a true casual game should be :)

Edd,

I couldn't find what you're mentioning. Everything I can collect from around the toilet can be used. Could you be more specific where (which toilet screen, for example)I can find that "little thing"?

One thing though: when you click on the hand icon on the toilet flush tank screen, I think it takes you back to the wrong screen - facing exactly opposite of where you should be looking at. Not a big problem though.

Edd,
I found the thing ("post and ye shall find"). You're right, it seems to disappear. Surely you can solve the game without it.

Another visual typo. Though I played the game a couple of times before realizing what it was.

Bathtub view: There are three bottles! Then... there aren't.

Overall I loved the fly a lot.

Is this bathroom in Richard Kiel's house?

visual typo:

the view out of the window is blue and when the fly flies through the window, the background is blue and green, like it's outside. yet when you open the door, you find yourself in an orange and purple-pinkish living room

but i loved the game anyway.

wow thanks for the walkthrough.

Short and sweet. Cheers Mateusz and cheers Jay.

This one made me smile, it was fun and quirky. Yes, the way the items go together aren't logical, but just like the other puzzles in this series always made me wonder, "Where is he going with this?"; and then made me laugh when I saw what it was. The joy is in the surprise. Mateusz Skutnik -- keep them coming!

My favorite part:

"I'm flying! I'm flying!"

Giggle!

Personally, I don't really like this game. Mostly it's the lack of logic, or maybe it's the... well, what the heck, it's the lack of logic. I think I'll give it a 3.

I have the whole key and have used and combined all the collected parts. I checked the walkthrough. No matter where I click on the keyhole with the full key, the door won't open.

I can't do the bit where you get the brush and the cross wood bit. I click it with the brush and nothing happens. How do you do it?

I think the problem for some people is that their mouses have been ruined, as mine has. The mouse might be double clicking when you think you've clicked once. The second click may undo what you think you've clicked on so you don't see any results.
PS- I do not like puzzles where there is no logic.

Oh dear. The spider in the vent just may be my favorite thing ever.

Right on, cool series of games

I tried (of course) to combine them items :) but it didn't work until I read the spoilers.
