From Extrajetzt RichMedia Supply in Germany comes this Flash game that allows you to become a citizen of Berlin's Kreuzberg District on the day of demonstration, the Revolutionary May First. Beginning on the big lawn and circular spot of the Mariannenplatz, take to the streets to burn cars and throw rocks to destroy anything you can while avoiding the police and being arrested, all within the time limit.
Control your punk with the arrow keys, and use the space bar to throw rocks and ignite articles. Items will burn only when keeping the space bar pressed until the progress bar fills completely. Everything you destroy adds points to your score, there is even a pile of rocks that adds additional time. The pixel graphics are nicely done, and the smashing good fun of being a bit destructive has it's pluses too. And no one gets hurt. Click.
There is a bit of German history that is the basis for this game, and it provides a bit of depth and perspective as to why acting as a hooligan scores points. I found some information (with bias) on it here. Click.

I found a bunch of extra time hidden places.
1. Just to the right of the bottom left tree in starting field.
2. Right above the castle on right side of start, walk far right until you hit tree.
3. Exactly in the middle of field on far right center.
4. In green building just below number 2.
5. On right side of black box which is right next to the green building.
6. As long as you're here, walk as far right and down as possible.
7. In green building above plain field, either come down from the top, or walk up as high as possible then turn right, then up.
8. One block right of topleft corner walk above the green car.
9. There is one in the top left building, once you're inside press right.
10. In building below that walk just out of view of bottom doorway and walk far left.
Awesome game, seems that a lot of German games are.

I can't figure out how to hit things with rocks is there some way to aim? I only end up throwing it really far off of the screen.

Umm.. What are you supposed to do about the little guys that follow you around? Should I just avoid them, or is there a way to throw rocks at them or something?

The people who chase you can be outsmarted.
You can enter the doorways of many buildings and they wont follow you. Some lead out to the other end of the building.
Also, if you have them chase you in a long convoluted path, they will follow much the same path to get back to their post.
This lets you lead them away from expensive cars.
As an added bonus, if they cant see you, they wont chase you. You can light cars infront of them if you're behind it just right.

ok.. this hasnt been reviewed in a while so..
this is a way to destroy stuff without the police folowing you.
then, pick up the rocks. go down the rock which have the rocks on it. there you can blow up and smash a lot of stuff.

You can throw rocks diagonally. This saves you the trouble of deciding whether to run from police or smash stuff, because you can do both at the same time if you are good at aiming.
