Weekday Puzzle N°36
Welcome to Weekday Puzzle!
In Fayer and Pato's puzzler you need to get all the hearts on the small island to open a portal. Then you can co-create a game - in baba_s one is the objective simple, to reach a gem, but to get to it is more difficult and you can draw a path by yourself. Charming combination of mahjong and find-a-pair-game by Azerion is visually beautiful with a pleasant soundtrack, but not overeasy. Bonus game by Mateusz Skutnik is for download only.
Have a good time and enjoy!
Kitsu
Fayer and Pato want you to collect all hearts to clear a level. The hearts are clearly visible - you don't hunt for them, you need to figure out how to remove obstacles which make them unreachable - stones and bushes. The devs use match-3 concept. Three lined up stones/bushes disappear and to arrange a line of three objects, you can copy one.
Controlled by WASD/Arrow keys, C key, hold R to restart, autosave, 20 levels.
Siropenroad
This is fun! Baba_s' games are always good but with a bit complicated controlling. This time it's different - you just use WASD to move around and a mouse to draw catwalks, bridges or stairs, just whatever you need to overcome pits, abysses or too steep slopes. To clear a level, you need to get a gem. There are more ways how to overcome a level, and if you are fond of the game, it has a replay value. You can try to get all the coins or draw a line as short as possible and get rewarded.
Controlled by WASD/Arrow keys, a mouse to draw, autosave, 30 levels.
Butterfly Kyodai 2
In Azerion's connecting puzzle game you need to complete a butterfly and let him fly away. Well they fly by themselves in fact, you just find two matching tiles with butterfly halves in a right position, click them and they connect. The rules are similar to mahjong rules, only the tiles on the edges of a gameboard or neighbouring ones can be connected, and has a timer. Not an easy game.
Controlled by a mouse.
Bonus game: 10 Gnomes in New York is the last Mateusz Skutnik's game, for download only. On the site you find instructions how to install it.
Kyodai is such a pretty little game. It's unfortunate it offers only one speed, *FAST*, and doesn't have a menu choice, such as Easy, Medium, Hard, Relaxed ... 'cause I'd like to watch the beauty of it AND play at the same time. As it's programmed now, I cannot do both. Maybe the sequel, Kyodai 2 offers players a choice, but it won't load for me in Google so I don't know.
I found the speed too high too. But I never know whether it's the game or me.
