Hi! Another week is over, another Weekday Escape is here!
This week we start with two Amajeto's escapes, both one-scene and full of puzzles. Cute escape by slimomo follows, and the last comes Selfdefiant's trip to the ancient ruins very probably hiding valuable artefacts.
Have a good time and enjoy!
Pantry Escape
Amajeto's colorful pantry is clean and tidy, but locked. You need to open many drawers and cabinets to get eight tiles and complete the picture hanging on the wall next to the four nice plates.
The cursor isn't changing, save option, one ending.
Flags Room
This Amajeto's room seems plainer than the previous but it's an impression only. Both games have exactly the same length. Again you need to collect eight tiles and complete the picture of beach houses.
The cursor isn't changing, save option, one ending.
Pam's Room
Escape from slimono's small house where live Pam with her robot, a rabbit and a dog is pleasant and clever game. At the beginning, you find yourself in the middle of unclear and confusing situation, wondering what happened earlier. All you can do is to settle the most pressing issue by helping Pam - and then follow as in any other escape. Look for hints and items and try to figure out codes. Business as usual.
The cursor isn't changing, no save option, one ending.
Hooda Escape 6th Grade Field Trip Ancient Ruins
The field trip with Selfdefiant is almost over but shows up that the car key is lost. Nobody is concerned about it and so it's up to you to explore the ruins and the jungle around, and try to find it. And that means to solve few arithmetical problems, too.
The cursor isn't changing, no save option, one ending.
We love escape games, and our readers love talking about them and sharing hints! How about you? Let us know what you think, ask for clues, or help out other players in the comments below.
I'm sure they are doing it for mobile devices, but I wish game developers would always use landscape orientation for their games instead of portrait. You can rotate a mobile device to fit either, but you can't rotate (most) desktop monitors.
Pam's Room was a little difficult to work with, as it was much too tall for my screen, and zooming out or increasing the video resolution to see it all made it difficult to make out detail. Amajeto realized this was a problem a long time ago, and their games work quite nicely no matter what kind of screen you're playing on!
Ran into a bug with 6th Grade Field Trip Ancient Ruins:
After placing the first two coins in the left and center pedestals, the right pedestal would not allow me to place the last coin.
can't wait for the walkthroughs to these.
Flag Room
I am not understanding the button clue.
Sensitive to questions, hints, etc., stop here.
I see the four ships and the red and white buttons on the side. But how to apply that to the button puzzle???
I also don't get the left right clue on the vine.
Sensitive to questions, hints, etc., stop here.
It zooms in on two different parts. Which part is first? Do you use the entire vine? Top to bottom or bottom to top??
The button clues
The four button clue (on the pink door)
look at the red buttons on the ships
on the first ship on the left is the red button the third
on the second ship it's the second
etc
the solution follows
push the buttons in order 3 - 2 - 1 - 4
The six button clue (the second drawer from the top)
the hint are pink flags
there are two sorts of flags on the string
the solution follows
up - down - down - up - up - down
The vine clue
you start on the top - there is an arrow (kind of)
use the whole vine
you can see it from the distance
no need to zoom in only if you aren't sure
the solution follows
R - L - R - L - L - R
Thank You!
Pam's Room
Am I supposed to have an extra:
carrot after I give it to the bunny?
Pam's Room
Guess What?
You can do the letter machine again and get another bag of dog food!
