After a tiring long day - it's not fun to raise five kids - Mother Mouse finally put her offsprings to bed and left the room for a short while. When she returned, the bed was empty! She knew they couldn't leave the house and must be somewhere around but it's late and they should sleep already! She turns for help to the only responsible person in the house - and it's you who is locked in Nicolet's house and who is supposed to find them...

mice5.pngSoon you find out that the kids fled in different directions and you need to look for them one after another. Also turns out that they missed their favourite toys and couldn't fall asleep without them, and that on their hunt they got trapped or didn't reach them. There's no point to put little mice to bed without the things they want - they would run away again, probably - and so you start with fulfilling their wishes. Needs to be said that after they get their doll or rocket or so, they go to the bed obediently. You have a lot to do before they lay in bed with closed eyes!

mice6.pngNicolet's escape is perfect as always and absolutely professional. Cute, clever, intuitive and fun. No pixel hunting, no overstretched puzzles, no confusion - their rooms are clean and tidy without any hidden active areas - but still it may take a while to understand a hint or pair it with a puzzle. It worth to think about a puzzle or explore the place again if stuck - the solution is usually simple and the feeling of figuring it out purely by yourself rewarding.

Notice, that the game may load very slowly on your pc. I didn't experience any difficulties but other players complain about it. Give it time to load or refresh, or you may try to turn off your ad blocker.

Nicolet is apparently now using a Javascript to force an ad to load before the Unity canvas (the actual game) appears. Unless you disable your ad blocker and turn off any tracking protection, the game will never load.

Not cool. I like Nicolet games, but I'm not going to drop my Internet protection just to accommodate one site who wants to force advertising on you in an unethical manner. Plenty of other great developers to choose from for our escape game fix!

I get an image that says click to play, but it isn't active at all, after waiting a long time. adblock was off.

^ same issue. i'm on firefox, and i disabled all my ad/tracker blocks and refreshed. still no-go.

switched to safari and after clicking play, then dismissing the ad, it did load.

You can get it working in Mozilla Firefox, but you'll have to disable most of what the browser does to keep you safe online (namely, the Enhanced Tracking Protection). Of course, ad blocking will also have to be disabled, wherever it comes from. (This could be a browser extension, an antivirus program, or your operating system's firewall).

That's too much headache, and way too much potential danger. When even a well-known site can drop a virus on you, you never want to drop your protection while surfing.

I'm not going to change your mind about adblock, but if you desperately need to skip the script:

In Firefox, press Ctrl-Shift-K to open the web console.

Select the game iframe as target.

Type game.showGame() and press Enter.

Well, isn't that just too darned handy! Is that a function common to Unity games, or just this one? I can see that being useful for a number of other games—thanks for that, kktkkr!
