Find the Escape-Men Part 156: Aquarium

In no1game's latest escape game Find the Escape-Men Part 156: Aquarium, the newly opened local aquarium is holding a fantastic contest... if you can find the ten "green pieces" hidden throughout the building, you'll be awarded a fabulous treasure! Man, this better not be some garbage '80s teen movie pap where "the treasure was inside you all along". To play, move around the building using the map, and click on things to interact, making sure to check everywhere since you don't have a changing cursor to rely on to see if there's something you should click. As you may be expecting by now in a no1game title, you'll need to root around in odd places, wait a little in others, and even have to fall back on trying certain actions multiple times before you get what you want. The setting is cute, with the right mix of goofiness and puzzles that won't tax you too much, though of course in real life you should never tap on the aquarium glass. While some parts are more intuitive than others, Find the Escape-Men Part 156: Aquarium is still a nice, light bit of escapery for anyone's day, with a priceless treasure at the end... maybe!

Stuck with 7 EM.
found and used bucket, found the transceiver and used it 2ce, but it's still active, found the note but don't know how to get that guy, found the EM in the crowd, under the penguin, working in the store...
I think I may be missing a hotspot or a waiting spot. Any clues?

You say you used the transciever twice, so maybe that helps to get the EM behind the sing too. Also, at some point the shows on stage change
Walkthrough:
EM1:
start in the shop and look under the pinguins
EM2:
The sharks are pointing into different directions. Usew it to unlock the button
EM3:
Go to the main hall and count the anount of different coloured fishes, take the transciever. return to the main hall and use the transciever to order the diver to pick up the EM. You can't get it yet
EM4:
Click on the line on the left of the glass and click a few times in the octupuss. Then use the transciever on the EM so the diver grabs it. zoom out twice and then back to the main hall. recieve EM 3 and 4 from the diver
EM5:
go to the show stage, help with feeding and look into the bucket. Take EM5
EM6:
use bucket on water 3 times, then click the EM
EM7:
look to the right at the audiance, click waldo EM in the audiance.
EM8:
Click on the person with the red shirt, recieve EM
EM9:
take cork and zoom out, go left and zoom out. Go now to the main hall and look under the blue sign. Use cork on the EM and then use tranciever on EM to order the diver to pick it up. Zoom out twice and return to the main hall to recieve EM from diver
EM10:
Maybe the show has changed. It is not likely they do the same one over and over right?? Go to the showstage for EM10
