Christmas Toy Room

I know what you're thinking. Christmas escape games are nice, but what if they were also super cute? Well, wonder no more, because Yonashi has unwrapped Christmas Toy Room, and it's got gadgets and gizmos aplenty, but instead of whozits and whatsits galore, we've got all manner of teddy bears, toy trains, decorations, puzzles and more. Just click on things to interact and more around the room. Objects you can use highlight with a transparent silhouette when you mouse over them, and you can view items you're carrying close up by clicking on the little magnifying glass on their icon. Some of the puzzle mechanisms you'll encounter are pretty clever, so make sure to keep an eye on your surroundings to see if something may have changed elsewhere in the room as you fiddle with things. Christmas Toy Room is a great little holiday escape that'll entertain you and make you think without overstaying its welcome... but hopefully you won't have to be the one doing all the wrapping for these toys!

Made it! This was a simple, but really cute and fun, escape.

This game is adorable!

Short, but quite fun.

I am not getting

The train clue, which I presume is the dinosaur tooth code...

Reply

Thanks for telling me the dinosaur teeth code existed! I had no idea that was clickable!

Play around with the position of the letters in the alphabet. The clue is a little backwards, but it'll be clear to you when you've got it.

Reply

The endings were so cute! especially the 'party' one

The train is going from A to B

Reply

Still not getting the train clue...

Reply

@nightveil:

The train goes from point Z via station A to point B in the game. It would also work if the train had gone from point P via station Q to point R. The key here is in the station. The letters on the train is where it's coming from, and the station is the key here.

Hope that hint helps.

For the train code

add one letter

it will spell KEY.

Can someone please hint what to do with the Father Christmas pic ? I got the hats in the right directions, but I can't tell which corners to click.

@pesky,

Are you sure you have the hats pointing in the right direction?

If they are, then you simply click anywhere on the picture; if not, then...

...check the hat clue again that you got from...

...the party hat popper.

I have

blue up, orange down, green up, which on the reindeer is blue and green facing me, orange away

. It's not working.

Reply

Pesky, its a slightly misleading clue.

It's referring to the orientation of the hats not the reindeer.

And it isn't done vertically.

It just means left right left

IcyJack: Oh that sucks as a clue. I would even argue that it was wrong. Thanks to your help I now have the right solution. Thanks for the help.

pesky and IcyJack, you are actually both mistaken.

The reindeer do not give out the clue for how the hats in the paintings are supposed to be, they only act as a way of turning those hats.

The clue for how the paintings should look is found in the hat you can take from the middle rabbit. If you examine it, it turns out to be a piece of firework, so if you pull the string, you get a present, which is the real clue to the hat paintings.
