Kimberlykimberly_chancealot_screen.pngLooking for a leisurely way to make you feel a little... knightly? Look no further than Chance a Lot, the latest point-and-click game by BeGamer. You play an intrepid knight, striving to take over the conveniently advertised kingdom for conquer. If only finding work were always that easy. With brave music to accompany you, or not if you employ the mute button, simply use your mouse to click on objects in the correct order to progress. Your goal in each of the 14 areas is to find a way to beat the evil red towers... second cousins to Sauron, perhaps?The puzzles are not too tough as many of the objects or areas meant to be clicked are made obvious by arrows. If you are looking for a challenge, Chance a Lot probably won't satisfy. If you're looking to be king for a day by means of catapults, horses, lances and axes, then sally forth!

Easy, but a lot of fun!

Some funny moments, great for a very quick light hearted diversion.

I'm actually stuck on the level where

there's another knight who sounds an alarm if you're not stealthy enough.

just hide in the cloth hanging on the wire

Okay, love this game so far! Cute, simple, and funny. However, I am stuck on...

the last level where you're shooting the giant. Is it a combination of shots you have to get, or just hit him a bunch of times?

@Morgana

Don't always believe what you are told to do.

Maybe there is somewhere else to hit?

Chain at feet

Any help with the level with the horse, hook and pulley? I've tried

getting on the hook then moving myself around

...but that doesn't seem to accomplish much.

dacharya64,

You have the right idea, you're just missing the last step.

After you use the hook to hang yourself above the horse, click a little below the horse's saddle to drop down.

@Mdb--thanks! As soon as I read your hint, I knew where to click. You're a gem!

@semlaerenbergh

Before you get on the roof, check around on the ground

I seem to be stuck at

the place with the three dragons and what looks like a princess...I imagine the stick by the princess needs to move the boulder, but I'm clicking everywhere and nothing seems to work. I'm wondering if it's a glitch

Reply

jnlouie,

On the ground between the boulder and the princess is a useful object.

It's a sword! If you click it, the princess will throw it to you. You can't use it to kill the Cerberus, but it can still chop something down.

Use the sword to slice the stick in half and throw it to the princess. Then, click the stick again and the princess will use it as a lever to move the boulder.

I love these Begamer games. They're cute and fast and easy. The First Hero and Mayan God along with The Wok are good for picturesque adventures, and then Monster and Vampire Skills are great when you want to kill frustration. Especially Monster.

My game was glitchy. I kind of suspected since I didn't have to click on anything to make things happen. I tried the game on a different computer and browser and everything worked just fine.

The last level cannot be completed. The posters' own video walkthrough shows you exactly where to click, down to the pixel... and it doesn't accomplish anything like what his video shows. Frustrating.
