Nice review.
I liked the game, but it was awfully short and easy... I died halway on my first try, and after I bought 5 shields on my second, I beat it without any trouble.
It has a lot of potential, but a majority of the game content is useless because of the shortness of the game. More deadly obstacles should arrive in late-game, like lasers and player-seeking rockets.
Also, most of the guns are useless ; why would anyone buy a MK2 for 300$ when there's a MK3 which is waaaaay better for only 200$ more ?
I'm terrible at games like this, and _I_ found this one way too easy.
