Rogue Horse While he may not lead the Evil League of Evil, he is the titular star of this procedurally-generated, chess-based puzzle game by RatoLibre1, a semi-sequel to his well-received Horse Jump. It'll take a practice run to get used to the rules, but fans of spatial logic puzzles should make an L-shaped bee-line to try it out.

Horse Jump Horse Jump is a simple logic-driven puzzle game created by RatoLibre1. It utilizes a board with colored and marked squares alongside matching tokens you can click to manipulate. Each piece moves like a knight in chess, that clever little L-shape that works so well in puzzle games. Touch each matching square on the screen to progress to the next level. Do it flawlessly and within the move limit to earn a perfect score!

Tomb Chess Chess is a classic, easy to learn and hard to master. What would happen if chess was bitten by a zombie and then rose again as an undead shadow of its former self? You'd get Tomb Chess, an intriguing variation on the dynamic, where two ghoulish armies battle across a graveyard.

Sanctum With almost 10 years in the making, Sanctum from Nioga is a very unique game. The best way to describe it would be to say it's like combining chess with Magic the Gathering in a miniature game board setting. It could be one of those classic board games we played as a child, except this game is all digital and played only online.

Thinking Machine 4 File this under: Games as an art form. While I do not often find myself playing Chess (read: I suck at it), I do like to play when I find a game that offers something besides the mere basics. Thinking Machine 4 is just such a game. The authors state that the goal of the piece is not to make an expert chess playing program but to lay bare the complex thinking that underlies all strategic thought.
