Turns out there actually is at least one enemy who has a little logic. By the way, why do the tanks always carry... like 100 bucks with each one? They know it will just be taken and used for building/upgrading towers.

Well, maybe with commanders like those pictured here, it is better to get frozen, electrocuted and blasted to tiny pieces than returning to the HQ.
