Mercedes-Benz Mixed Tape 21
Yet again, Mercedes-Benz gives us another serving of what we all love best, aside or beside games. Free music. Good free music. And there's a lot of "nu" music on the newest Mixed Tape, available now.
Two groups in particular stood out to me on the album. My Awesome Mixtape, a rather appropriately named band from Italy, is reminiscent of The Postal Service, a band that holds a place near my heart. Nelson Poket, apparently singing in the genre of "Modern Folk", is remarkable. Even though I can't quite understand the language they're singing, it conveys a message that is uplifting and refreshing.

....... the video clips don't even match the music for download... what the heck?
The music in the videos is not the same music you can download for free. I was disappointed, too, when I first discovered that. But I thought the music for download was quite good this time around.
Hit or miss on one's own personal tastes, I feel they do an excellent job at highlighting a wide variety of musical styles and artists from around the world.
You simply can't go wrong by keeping up with their free offerings, especially now with the added video magazine, there's a little something for everyone.
A hidden jewel of the Web just keeps getting better, IMHO.
its not my kind of music, but its ok.
