Just when you thought you had mastered the art of walking a stick, with a ball on each end, in a straight line across the screen using only one button, the folks at GlobZ release 40 new and more difficult levels for you to waddle through.
Twin Spin II is excellent Flash fun just like the first one, except with a few new items and levels that ramp up in difficulty more quickly.
Since I already covered this game several days ago, I won't go into how to play or an analysis of the gameplay, as it's essentially the same. And that is good news if you enjoyed playing the first. However, in this version, later levels are truly for the hardcore and not for anyone who gets annoyed when frustrated by a game. Level 37 is a killer. Consider yourself warned. Click.

Im stuck on level 37...Any hints?
Posted by: Adrian | June 25, 2005 12:51 PM
I just beat both Twin Spins. Level 40 is hard!
Posted by: Tyler | June 25, 2005 6:10 PM
On level 37 you need to be going fast when you hit the big gray blocks. Click rapidly to speed up.

For level 37, just click as fast as you can while moving towards the breakable blocks...

I found this version to be a bit easier than the first....until I got to level 37. Any hints on how to get over that wall?? My only thought was to smash it as much as possible and eventually break through one of the blocks?!?!

level 40 was the hardest by far... cool little game
Posted by: mongle | June 26, 2005 4:05 AM
Adrian - Speed things up a bit... :)
Once you figure it out, it's not so bad, I actually did it in one try, what was more annoying to me was level 38 and 40. They were simplier to do but if you hit the wall in the wrong spot, you're dead in the middle of the level. -_-

i'm stuck at 37 too
enlighten us, please
Posted by: dad | June 26, 2005 6:55 AM
ack, 38 is hard cuz the halls are narrow, I just stayed to one side and went ball over ball. Level 39... You definitely need to be careful but its not so hard as long as you find all the little balls

I finished it ^^ Level forty was so horrible! -_- Made we want to die, as nice said if you hit in the wrong spot, instant death! Anyways great game :D

I get as far as level 4 and i get bored, does that make me a bad person?
Posted by: Capuchin | June 27, 2005 4:47 AM
I gave up on that last level, ice plus bouncy hurty walls is terribly frustrating. It's a great extension of the first one though!

is there a link to a version that works in opera?
Posted by: leslie | June 28, 2005 2:55 PM
Leslie - the link to the game is to the content author's site. If the game doesn't work in Opera, I suggest trying another browser.
I find myself switching browsers, and sometimes platforms -- Mac OS X to PC, depending on the site or the content being served. Although we've come a long way toward cross-browser compatibility, issues still exist and it's best to be flexible and able to roll with the punches.

Great game, I've played it through several times. I always seem to miss a bubble on level 39, that's the level I find hardest. This game is almost as addictive as Geru Geru Panic, which has stolen hours of my life.

No hope for me on level 40. I'll leave that to the best of you guys :P

I'm ranked #51 on the best scores.

You gotta be kidding me.. level 37 was a cakewalk. Passed it the first time. Level 11 from the first game was MUCH harder.

Level 40 is a killer though. Those darn switches..
Posted by: baba | August 10, 2005 6:37 PM

Jay - I have since played twin spin II again and found that the game has changed again. There are no longer any launchers or 37 levels. Only 24. Thanks for all your work and good luck on your two midterms.
