From the creator of Treasure Box—an engaging and clever interactive Flash puzzle that showcases the author's artistic talents—comes another such piece with a clearer objective than its predecessor.
Created by Wada che Nanahiro, TCB Museum stands for Things Came Up to My Brain Museum, and just as the name implies, it is an imaginative work of art filled with sights and sounds that include various puzzles to solve. The objective is to find all 5 stars and then place them onto the wheel of fortune.
Like the Treasure Box before it, TCB Museum is an odd little world ripe with curiosity and discovery. The puzzles are fewer but more involved than the first. The repetitive background music gets a tad annoying and it's not looped correctly, and so it jars your attention every time it cycles. The platform jumping puzzle will frustrate some, and the frog puzzle still has me perplexed. Still, it's a wonderful little diversion for those who are fascinated by these types of Flash games (and who isn't?). Click.
Update: The links for this game keep changing. I've just updated them again. Hopefully it will stay put for a while this time. Enjoy. =)

Yay! I've waited for this game since you put up the Treasure Box. I can't wait to play it!

you misspelled still.

I just wanted to see if anyone actually reads my entries. =p
(thanks)

Arrgh! This is a different version of the game than I've seen before. I dont think the frog type things do anything in either versions though. They are put there to confound and baffle us. The music is really annoying though, isn't it?

You can move the apples from their frames and feed them to the frogs. They are color coded by frame (apples in light colored frames go to the frog in the light frame and apples in dark frames go to the frog in the dark frame). Once they are fed, you can open the little door in the frame between the frogs to find a star.
Posted by: idontknow | March 3, 2005 10:02 PM
ok i've got a star from the bathroom, from the robot, from the apples, and from the little game that you jump on stuff. so wheres the last one?!
Posted by: kate | March 9, 2005 5:33 PM
The last one is on the statue of the woman. You have to press on her and then she will give a star. I don't understand what to do when I have all the stars. I put them in the wheel of furtune and then nothing happens..??
Posted by: Tineke | March 11, 2005 6:57 AM
Where is the wheel of fortune?
Posted by: mattie | March 11, 2005 5:56 PM
I have all the stars but I can't find any weel of fortune???
Help!!
Posted by: Oscar | March 12, 2005 2:02 PM
the wheel of furtune right in front of you when you are standing in the hallway. you have to click on the bottom of the doors where there is a black hole...then behind the middle door is the wheel of furtune
Posted by: Tineke | March 13, 2005 8:02 AM
I've got all the stars except the one from the robot. Help!

I think the link you have in your review may need to be changed; when I clicked it I ended up somewhere else. I think it might have been removed from that site and given its own here: http://219.101.39.52/~nanahiro/tcb/

Thanks very much Cris. I have updated the entry with the new link.

Posted by: mirkku | June 20, 2005 7:07 AM
was it really necessary to click on the woman's boob?
Posted by: Francesca | July 23, 2005 6:48 PM
i really don't understand the jumping puzzle... just what exactly are you supposed to do?
Posted by: eli | July 28, 2005 11:08 AM
This game was cute but what was with all the topless women? The statue and then the Wheel of Fortune women need to get some clothes on!
Posted by: Kim | July 28, 2005 8:48 PM
Fun!

i really like your games (and the dog/robots vid ;) )
the first level of the jumping game wouldnt work
for me, "the guy" wouldnt move at all.
luckily when i right clicked and selected play it
skipped the the first level and the others worked.
objective: get as far to the right as you can, a
star is waiting :)
oh and the wheel of fortune won me a woman :D
great :D
(to you women having problems with nude women being depicted: make a game with nude men and everyones
happy)

what a beautifull ending, *sob sob*
1st star (Frogs and apples)
2nd star (coin)
3rd Star (Statue)
4th star (Gents)
5th star (game)
End (wheel)
Ending (what happens)
What a wonderfull game.

Strange, but cute. It strongly amused me that you can turn the wheel women upside and make them nude. And the people on the toilets were very amusing, did you know if you open a door many times it will change the person inside? xD
Posted by: Kitty | March 9, 2007 11:35 PM
A cute little game! But the ending doesn't make any sense!
Posted by: TaladorPhoenix | April 24, 2007 7:16 AM
how do i get the star on the balcony? i have the frog, the statue, the robot, and the bathroom.
Posted by: garrett | May 28, 2007 2:51 PM
Woohoo! I got them all!
Posted by: willy | July 23, 2007 10:49 PM
HA! What a hilarious ending.
Wonderful graphics. Wish it had been a bit longer.
Posted by: dsrtrosy | October 23, 2007 11:39 PM
What a lovely little game! Reminded me a little of Menulis and Miestas. Fun, and not too hard, which gives plenty of time to focus on the pretty lineart.

I absolutely love games like this. It was fun, short, mildly pointless, oddly amusing . . . and quite strange. The artwork was fantastic, though.
Jay, you have great taste.
