It's not often you find songs with lyrics in a video game. It's even less common that those lyrics explain how to play the game. Man Enough does both of those and somehow manages to squeeze in an image of a manly moustache between each round. Be impressed with catchy expositions!!!
Illuminator (Windows, 7MB, free) - It's dark. It's scary. And you're in the house all alone. Fumble through the blackness to find things to light your way — Christmas lights, lamps, whatever — and use your rechargeable flashlight when that fails. But wait. Are those zombie-type things? A little shock from a fully-charged flashlight should take care of them. Vanquish enough of the foes and a rip in time-space will open, sending you to the next mysteriously unlit house. A marvelously well-crafted game that will surprise you with its depth and complexity.
Robotz DX (Windows, 20MB, free) - You've got a gun and a working pair of legs, it's time to shoot some mechanical things! Work through 30 arenas in this classically-styled arcade game, dispatching robot enemies by first eliminating the shield generators on the screen. Grab bonus items if you can manage to do so, but be careful, as you only have 60 seconds to clear each screen, and that's only an easy feat in the first few levels. Great challenge level and a superb mix of strategy and fast reflexes make this one a big winner.
Man Enough (Windows, 19.3MB, free) - You're playing four games at the same time: a horse collecting coins, a spaceship shooting at enemies, two guys having a conversation, and a little platform guy trying to climb ladders. Now, play them without going mad! Just like the song says, "Use your arrow keys to walk, Use spacebar to fire and talk, Use the arrow keys to fly, If you lose all lives it's true that you die". Just... just go and have fun with it, ok? Created by Iji and Hero Core creator Daniel Remar as part of the No More Sweden game jam with music by Erik Sjöstrand.
Mirage (Mac/Windows, 107MB, free) - As a loose collection of glass shards, life can be tough blowing through the forest. A strong gust of wind can send you packing, as can tree branches, leaves, sand, and just about anything else you can bump into. Break open crystals to gain more shards (your "health"), and continue exploring the autumnal world until you reach the boss. The controls are less than perfect and take some getting used to, but seeing as how this is a work-in-progress demo, we can probably let that slide.
Note: All games have been confirmed to run under Windows Vista and are virus-free. Mac users should try Boot Camp, Parallels, or CrossOver Games to play Windows titles, Linux users can use Wine. If you know of a great game we should feature, use the Submit link above to send it in!

Illumination was really fun for the first 3 levels or so, then they dropped you into a house with nothing but christmas lights for illumination, zombies that run faster than you and walk through doors, and a weird glowy skull thing that didn't die when you lit it up. Not so much a difficulty curve as a difficulty cliff.
If you're a Mac user, and you can extract .rar files, use UnRAR, I found it awhile back and it really comes in handy!
Wow, Mirage has great graphics. Unfortunately the game play sucks, big time.

Can anyone get Mirage to run at a framerate high enough to make it actually playable?
I can't do anything in Illuminator. The screen stays black after starting a game. What are the controls? Is 'C' supposed to turn the flashlight on? (It does a kind of flash, and starts depleting the battery indicator, but the rest of the screen stays black) Am I missing something obvious?
Illuminator does not appear to work on my machine (windows 7?). The screen stays black after beginning the game whatever I do. Apparently I am 'turning on' the flashlight by pressing 'C' (I can see it depletes the battery), but the game screen stays desperately black.
Hmmm...Man Enough...a game where you play four games at the same time. Looks like an advanced version of Arcadia, another game I've played where you play four games at the same time. Has anyone else played that as well?
Mirage would probably run excellent on a console, which is what it appears to be for.
On my computer, though... no luck.
Illumination is a fun concept, if a little tricky to figure out. Too hard though.
I need to state right now that Man Enough is awesome and great. It's awesgreat.
Robots and Man enough look fun. Wish there was better Mac support :(
I'm running Windows 7 as well and had same problems with Illuminator as stated above. Instead of choosing run, choose to extract the Illuminator file. It acts like you are creating a duplicate Illuminator.exe file, but the duplicate file that you extract works.
