Top FPS Games You Have to Play in 2022

2021 first-person shooter (FPS) games might have made you grapple around, swipe high-tech vehicles or fight challenging bosses. They might also have trapped you in a never-ending loop and immersed you with gory survival from zombies and other creatures. You might as well have experienced intense fights and sensationalized stories or tried out new agents.

If you find yourself struggling with those FPS games, you'll find the best tips to improve your gaming strategy on iWantCheats. However, more FPS games are coming this year. Here are the top FPS games you have to play in 2022.

Dying Light 2: Stay Human
This survival horror game is a sequel to Dying Light and is set in Europe 20 years after its predecessor. It is an apocalyptic four-player role-playing game which will be released on February 4, 2022.
As Aiden Caldwell, the new protagonist, you can perform various parkour skills and climb ledges, slide, leap off from edges, and run walls to navigate the city. 3000 parkour animations, a grappling hook, and a paraglider are included in the game. You can use melee weapons to fight, but they will degrade as you use them. You may use long-range weapons, which are upgradable, and superhuman skills against the zombies that are faster and more belligerent at night than during the day.
The map is bigger this time and is broken into 7 different regions with specific landmarks. You can make various decisions in the game and change the condition of the game's world. You can complete many playthroughs when areas seal off or open up because of those decisions.

Exomecha Personalize your mech with different equipment and abilities that fit your playing style. Fight for planet Omecha's resources and defeat the enemy's team.
The spectacle of gunfire, explosions, big and small mech, large-scale battles, and dragons: these things may get you excited with Exomecha, a must-try!

Graven
If you're on for a dark fantasy FPS, Graven might fit you! This successor of Hexen II is an open-ended journey. You will face threatening foes and meet kind NPC from whom you can obtain different hints, quests, and upgrades. Put spells to good use to progress in the game and fight against eldritch monsters with medieval weapons.
The best thing is the choice to play solo, co-operate with split-screen, or play online with up to four players.

I.G.I. Origins
It's 1980. The Cold War ensues with enemies planning to go nuclear. You are Michael King, codenamed Regent, a former SAS soldier. If MI6 recruited you on a covert mission to infiltrate an enemy, would you go for ghost-like espionage or heavy firefights? Your choice!
I.G.I. Origins is a prequel to Project I.G.I. in 2000. It is not yet available, but you could say, "I'm going in!" when it's out!

Rainbow Six Extraction
Work with other players to exterminate Archaeans, the parasite-like aliens in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction. Infiltrate an alien-infested area and complete 12 random missions (gather intel, collect samples or extract materials from a computer) in each of the three interconnected sub-maps called "incursions."
Upon mission completion, you can extract yourselves or explore another sub-map, which is more challenging than the previous one. If your game character is injured, it will remain injured in the next mission, but will slowly recover. You will be missing in action when the enemy takes you down. You cannot play until you are rescued in the extraction mission.
This online multiplayer FPS was released on January 20, 2022, so you can try it now!

Redfall
Fight against vampire invaders (after a failed experiment) and human foes in Redfall, Massachusetts. Whether you fight alone or with friends in this game, you'll get to choose among these unique survivors: a cryptozoologist and inventor, a telekinetic student, a combat engineer, and a supernatural sharpshooter.
Slay your enemies this Summer with Redfall!

Scorn
Discover the game world's interconnected areas controlling a skinless humanoid lost in it with two main weapons. You will, at the start, wield a six-shot organic pistol affecting mild damage to enemies. You can exchange it later with a three-barrel rifle that fires organic spikes. This shotgun does substantial damage to close enemies and drops at a long distance.
Search for answers in Scorn's world, a horrendous alien universe where strange and techno-organic (made of bone, flesh, and steel) creatures live!

Sker Ritual
This action-driven game, the successor of Maid of Sker, is already an FPS gameplay. While its predecessor's player will just have to run and hide from the enemies, Sker Ritual's players (Yes, it's multiplayer!) now have crossbows, hatchets, and shotguns to blast the enemies.

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands
Create your customized playable avatars with six character classes and mix and match skills for them with Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. You can upgrade your avatars with "hero points," wield large firearms and melee weapons, generate combinations of weapons and gears, cast spells, and crossover to different locations.
In this fantasy wonderland of combats and quests, Tiny Tina is the dungeon master and she can change the game's world on the spot.

STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl Heads up and see what's in store for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl on its new release date soon!
