The 4th in a series of Great Escapes by Mateusz Skutnik and the Pastel Games crew, The Great Basement Escape is another short and fun room escape game in the same whimsical style that we have come to love and expect from the series.
Use your point-and-clicking skills to locate items, and use those items to help you make your escape. Simple and fun, just right for everyone.
Walkthrough Guide

List of nails:
Screen with bike:
1. In the wooden box on the floor.
2. On the jar with the red label on the left.
Screen with shelves of jars:
3. On top-most shelf on the right.
Screen with sink:
4. On the floor in front of the washing machine.
5. On box next to green boots.
6. To the right of the mouse hole (zoom in).
7. On top of the washing machine (click on the sink first).
8. Next to the green boots (click on boots first).

I just wanted to note that it wasn't very clear what the rack was in the previous walk through. i referred to it later in the game so there were steps I missed, thus when looking back I didn't see the racks or the chain step until later when I went back. It caused a lot of confusion.
Here's a revised version of the walkthrough. This is recommended for people who are only referring to help themselves.
get the hammer and the 1st nail from the chest.
get the 2nd nail at the same screen, on the jar (left)
get the chain, small rack and big rack from the bike.
click the shelf above the chest.
it will break. and right ski will come to your inventory.
turn right.
get the screwdriver on the floor.
get the 3rd nail on the shelf.
break the box at the bottom shelf at the right with the hammer.
get the planks.
click on the jars at the top shelf and get a carrot from the jar.
get the left ski from left of the shelves.
turn right.
open the panel on the wall with the screwdriver.
put the racks from the bike in it.
turn right and get the 4th nail in front of the machine.
get a tumbler from the machine.
click on the sink and get the rope.
there is the 5th nail on the machine at the sink screen.
click on the shoe and get the shoe lace fom it.
there is 6th nail at the shoe screen.
click on the hole on the wall.
get the mouse and the 7th nail.
put the tumbler from the washer on the panel with racks from earlier at the bike.
put the chain on the racks from the bike and the thumbler from the washer.
tie the rope to the rope coming from the ceiling.
combine the rope shoe lace from sink and boot and the carrot from the jar.
put the carrot from the jar on the hook on the ceiling.
put the right and left skies from the wall and the side of the shelf under the closet on the ceiling.
get the 8th nail on the right box at the sink screen.
click the planks from the box broken with the hammer on the skies.
you will have a ladder to go out.
