Rinnogogo left you astray in a small train station. All alone, you wander around not knowing what to do - you can't leave the station because there isn't any back door and the exit is barred. To open it, you need a train ticket and a box office isn't here either...it is time for solving puzzles!

station1.pngIn that sleepy and empty railway station you spend much time but it's Rinnogogo's game and so it is reasonable to assume that there are more areas to explore. It is a good guess, you discover later that there are very interesting places under and behind the station, but first you need to solve many good puzzles, get many items and figure out how and where they can be used. The hints to puzzles are clear, only finding them may take a while. If you lack a clue, look around and don't forget about the edges of the game screen...or use well done hint system.

The game has beautiful art and well balanced puzzles - no need to click and drag this time - and the melancholic soundtrack we are used to.

Enjoy!

The panel on the bathroom door drove me nuts until I realized my perspective was wrong.

I thought the "pegs" would poke through and out the back side, but that's not the case. They just drop into the body of the little slate.

If they don't poke out the back, they obviously have to poke out the front.

The face of the slate will need to face the door plate. So reverse the pattern from left to right so the pegs fit.

Also got tripped up by an easily-overlooked hotspot outdoors:

Check the squeeze device at the little stand carefully.

Clock math always messes with my brain.

Had to consult a video walk through. I saw the clues but could not process how to

subtract the clue from the

light house from the wall clock

I had no problem with

adding the clue from the light house to the wall clock

It wasn't mentioned in the description but there are two endings.

The contraption that you use the IC card on has

two arrows

I selected first the

left arrow with the time subtracted from the light house from the wall clock

That takes you to what looks like a mess. You are

exited from the train. And you see the binoculars on the bench again. Use on the light house again and get a different number.

Go back to the ticket contraption and select the

right button

Do the math with the plus number from the light house and the train will arrive and this time the game is over

Also, as always, Rinnigogo games are delight to play. Take your time and savor the experience.

There are so few of these games available for PC. It's a real desert out there and this is an oasis of joy.

Nice game.

The hint system was pretty good - I had to use it once for

the cardinal points puzzle. I had a brain fade. Didn't see that the centre button was the "o" in the clue

I make it 2 endings, depending on

which arrow is pressed at the ticket machine

Did I miss any?

That's the two, I believe. I completely forgot about the hint system!
