Seriously? That's it?

Peering at tiny tiny graphics and trying to figure out what the heck they are supposed to be? That's a game now?

Since when is that fun?

I hereby dub this "Squinting, the Game".

Maybe if it had a full screen mode...

I have to agree...what is the purpose of the tininess of the characters? My eyesight is fine, but I spend the entire day on the computer. I really have no desire to have to squint at a game just to be able to play. Too bad, too...I"m really good at this.

If you look back to the first game, they did the same exact thing. I'm sure that's the point of the game too, trying to discern famous characters and people from 150 pixels.

It would be no fun if the characters were bigger. And it's an impressive achievement to have made many of them so recognizable on such little space still.

Several of these I've never heard of, and I'm a 39yo male who has grown up and live in the USA.

Something to keep in mind, numbers (0-9) are allowed also. There was a puzzle (again, had never heard of this one) that none of the letters were working on, so I tried numbers. I suppose the review and analisys may have mentioned this, but I never do more than skim those (too long)

The game seriously needs a pause button.

It was fun until I got to the self-referential one. The "other game by nitrome" I still have no idea what they're talking about, and I can't find the answer anywhere. :/

It should not be necessary to use a hint system in a trivia game in order to play it without eyestrain.

If it is, then it's not really a hint system, is it? it's necessary clues that you hid in order to make life harder for no good reason.

Not my cuppa at all.

The first one I had to fall back on the hint system with was when it showed me a trio of three nondescript, generic sprites with no interesting features. With the hint's help, I was able to guess that they were the cast of Twilight.

Sounds about right!

I used two hints, and timed over on only one puzzle.

I don't know what level this is, but there is a tiny (hahahahahah, oh yeah, they are ALL tiny!) blue person and the hint says

I have NO idea if it isn't

which it isn't. Anybody know this one?

Wow, that is a long game. I quit at #60 (only had no clue about 2 of them!). As someone else said, there is a serious need for a pause button here, or the ability to come back later and pick up where you left off.

I kinda get the complaints about the characters being so tiny, but I think that's the point of the game. If they were bigger, it would just be "What is this a picture of?"

Anyway, decent diversion, but 100 of them in a row non-stop isn't exactly casual, especially without letting us know how many there are.
