Natalie Brooks - Secrets of Treasure House

JohnBCasual adventure games are gaining ground as titles such as Azada and the Dream Chronicles series cut out the complexity and serve up a little lighthearted gaming alongside item-based puzzles. Natalie Brooks: Secrets of Treasure House follows suit in an adventure that uses optional hidden object scenes to earn hints to solve puzzles in the main quest. It's a good blend of genres that, despite its rather short length and occasional grammatical hiccup, holds your attention with an interesting story and varied gameplay.

nataliebrooks.jpgMore of a linear adventure game than anything, Natalie Brooks: Secrets of Treasure House plays out through a series of first person locales interspersed with comic-style cutscenes that progress the story. Natalie has inherited her grandmother's home and learns there's hidden treasure somewhere within. She quickly discovers the house is scheduled for demolition, however, and begins her quest to save the family house. Gather items and talk to townspeople as you try to solve puzzles in each area. Puzzles are self-contained, meaning the items you pick up in one area will be used right there, so you don't have to lug things from scene to scene.

The interesting mechanic in Natalie Brooks is the use of hidden object scenes as a mini-game of sorts. If you're stuck in the main part of the game, simply click the magnifying glass at the bottom of the screen. The area you're in will be littered with items and a short list of things to find appears. Find the items within the time limit and you'll earn a few hints to point you in the right direction. You can even hop from location to location while in hidden object mode, breaking the monotony quite well. These diversions are short and rather easy (although some of the item names are a bit too vague), so even if your mortal enemy is hidden object games, you can have a good time.

nataliebrooks2.jpgAnalysis: Natalie Brooks: Secrets of Treasure House is one of those games that grabs you early on and never really lets go. The protagonist is likeable, the characters just comical enough to make you grin, and the overall art style keeps your eyes plastered on the screen. The distilled adventure-like puzzle solving is done quite well and, despite the linearity to each quest, manages to keep you guessing without laying on too much obtuse ambiguity.

I was initially skeptical of the hidden object scenes (not my favorite genre), but they're so short and easy they become a welcome change of pace. As the game progresses you have to do more and more of them, but I honestly didn't mind. It was worth the pixel hunting to get clues for the puzzle I was solving. Also, Natalie is a bit too chatty from time to time, and some of the dialogue borders on the trite. Expect a few grammar mistakes here and there as well, which is an unfortunate blemish on the otherwise excellent presentation.

Natalie Brooks: Secrets of Treasure House is pleasing from stem to stern, with just the right balance of genres to keep the pace at a steady clip.

I just played it a couple of days ago. It's not bad, though it annoys me that the final scenes are not translated to English so I haven't been able to understand what the postcard picture was about.

I am stuck in the Police Dept with lots of hints but She says that I am finished with that room. I have no more little mini games to complete...so I must be missing something in that room. I didn't get the robot started..though it has all the batteries. Any suggestions?

For the police department, you have to find a card to start the robot.
I'm stuck in the cave, I repaired the boat, found bugs and some other details. When I ask for a hint it says that I'm done here, but I can't find a way to go on.

cobrafunny March 30, 2008 10:19 AM

Smash the donut machine, and there fill we be an activating card. Yoy'll need that to activate the robot. He drops the key, you'll need for the desk. in the desk there is the 5th coin you need for the donutmachine. Play the game, hand over the donuts to the chief, and hand over the pen to the lady. Talk to both of them, and leave the scene.

If you click the robot, you'll see that you need an additional item to make the robot work. Now, where could that be?

Are you sure you've checked everywhere and talked to everyone?

Try to buy donut from the vending machine for the police chief. (Click on the machine to get the close-up view and press the bottom button.) For some non-narratively-justified reason you'll get an activation card for the robot instead.

I am also stuck in the Police office, I have finished all the hidden item games and did get the robot to work and drop the keys. It tells me I have done everything but help I cant get out. Thank you

Cain Maris March 30, 2008 7:15 PM

Have they removed some scenes from the end, then? I have finished it both with and without completing the puzzle, and got the same ending both ways, all in English.

I'm stuck in the cave. The hint points me to the area by the rock in the water, but no matter where I click nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I have gotten out of the cave and am now back in Johnson's office, but I can't find the activation card for the robot or the keys for the drawers. Any suggestions?

Allison April 1, 2008 7:43 AM

Don't worry about the drawers...did you plant a bug in the light switch?

Any clues for the basement? I found three "keys" in the wall which I was able to light up and collect the next item. Can't find fourth. Can't figure out manhole cover. Using the clue button says I am done but the screen won't change. Very frustrating...

Melissa April 1, 2008 7:52 PM

Like Amy, I'm also stuck in the basement. When I click on a clue it says I'm done there, but I don' know how to get out. Any help will be appreciated!

In the police department, you need to speak to the lady at the desk. She will tell you where to go next.

Melissa, I finally got through the basement by restarting the game. This time the fourth piece showed up. With all four hooks you can open the cover on the floor. Now I am stuck in the cave. I got a "piece" from the water but my clue says to look there. I feel like the game doesn't always sense what has been done.

Amy, thanks for the info. I'll try that!

Michelle April 4, 2008 1:21 AM

I am in the Museum and am looking for the parts to the Sarcophagus and am stuck locating the locking mechanism? Any ideas. The hints point to the Direct and have me go back to the storage room to the black bag that Natalie doesn't want to touch because its dirty? Help

Deborah April 4, 2008 2:48 AM

I must be slow...I haven't been able to get past the front gate. All I have is a stick and a hint about the brick but the stick doesn't seem to affect the brick. Any help? Thanks in advance!

Anonymous April 7, 2008 4:56 PM

help with the slider puzzle in chief's office.

Anonymous April 8, 2008 12:08 AM

Has anyone else found that if you leave the game and come back to it you are back in the previous location and not able to go anywhere else????

Anonymous April 8, 2008 10:13 PM

I really need help with the slider puzzle, also. I've about given up on this game. Can anyone help?

How can I open the safe in the police room? I placed all the detail pieces on it and it still does not work. Hints are no help either -they keep sending me to the criminology drawer, but I have done the sliding puzzle already.

i am stuck in the music box, can anybody help me? I cannot understand what needs to be done...I have tried every instructin I have read about this...Please help as I cannot continue the game

Concertina April 12, 2008 9:21 AM

"How can I open the safe in the police room? I placed all the detail pieces on it and it still does not work. Hints are no help either -they keep sending me to the criminology drawer, but I have done the sliding puzzle already." ----leave there from the window

Why is it when I leave the game and I come back to the previous game and now I'm stuck and she's saying the room is complete. What to do next?

Anonymous April 16, 2008 1:55 PM

I'm not able to break the window with the stones found at the gate. I keep repositioning the yellow arrow and tossing the stones but none of them break the window. Help???

I'm stuck in the evidence room. I click on the wire (for the lamp), it lights up with yellow but keep getting the message about another boring lamp. Help!

Anonymous April 22, 2008 10:04 AM

I too am stuck in the polise station. I have lots of clues but it keeps telling me I have finished with this place. Is this a fault with the Game?

Anonymous April 22, 2008 5:52 PM

Cut the lamp cord and see how you go !

i'm stuck in the cave...the hints point me to a spot on the water but i can't find anything there
help pls

Regarding the water in the cave, if you have the helmet, you have to dunk it in the water to fill it.
I too had problems with this game, with it starting at a previous level and then not being able to move on because I was done in that room but didn't offer anything else to do. I was also extremely disappointed in the ending, the game seems unfinished and the story has not resolved. I also picked up clues in the game that I did not use. I would not recommend it until they fix the bugs and extend the game with a proper ending.
Sad really, the game was excellent otherwise.

justbugged April 25, 2008 1:12 AM

I am stuck in the cave. I have already gotten the water in the helmet. I have found all the picture pieces. The water lights up and so does the spy device. But what do you do with them?

I do not know what is going on with this game but everytime I go to the police station, the game shuts itself down. I have tried everything including using my other computer to download the game and it did not help at all. All restarting the game did was take me to the jeweler and I was stuck there no matter what I did. Is anyone else having this problem or this only me?

DeadHelen April 26, 2008 3:22 PM

I have done everything in the police station. The cheif has his donuts, the lady has her pen and I have all the hints but cannot go anywhere!! Help!!

It's crazy. I've been to the cave and now I'm back at the police station 2 plant the bugs but after i'm done I can't get any further!!!
She says that we're done but I can't do anything. I've played the mini games and nothing helps!

I am SO STUCK. I am in the Jewelry store. It says I am done in that room. But I can't go on. I did the mini games too but nothing happens now. What do I do?! Please help!

I am so stuck and can't get out of Mr. Edison's office. It says "you're done here" but I can't leave and can't make anything happen. HELP! I don't seem to have any itinerary either

Barbara May 16, 2008 12:06 AM

I'm also stuck in Mr. Edison's office. I've done everything including handing him the pen. Now there is a document Natalie says she needs a pen to sign & there is no other pen. WHAT DO I DO! He just sits there drumming his fingers.

Anonymous May 18, 2008 9:44 PM

Just finished this, good thing I bought it with a discount, lol! It was too short I thought, and I had same problem others had with the game not allowing you to move on if you quit and restarted later to continue, you couldn't get out of wherever you were even tho natalie kept saying everything was done.

Solved only by leaving game running minimized and pulling up whenever I got a chance to get back to it.

Same feelings as many others about the ending, what about the other missing items? I expected to have to find all of them and it was a surprise and a disappointment when the game abruptly ended ... guessing it was intended to leave you hanging for the sequel? Won't matter to me, sequel would only be more of the same and not money well spent, IMO.

I am actually stuck in the Banker's office. I gave the man his tie and I left to go to the store that they sent me to. I got in there but the game shut down. I restarted, went back in and ended up in the Banker's office! "Natalie" says she is done and I can't leave...I clicked on the map and then clicked on the store and it keeps going back to the office. Also, the man doesn't have his tie but the tie is nowhere to be seen. I looked for hints, there isn't anymore. I did everything else (the piggy bank, broken blue wire, code, tie, picture pieces...everything)I spent 20 minutes trying to get out and I can't. So I gave up and left even though my trial had a few mins left. What a screwed up game. Creators...go back and fix this game...waste of my time!

[Edit: There is nothing wrong with this game. More likely you are missing something that prevents you from progressing. The developers assure me that the game is bug-free. -Jay]

i have bought natalie brooks secret of treasure house ... and i cannot play the game it freezes everytime. i have tried deleting it and installing it again to no avail. come on the makers of this game you have a seriuos problem with this game get your act together. waste of time

[Edit: It's definitely a waste of time if your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for the game. And that's at no fault of the game developer. If you ever have a problem with any game purchased through JIG, please let us know and we'll point you to the proper customer service department where you get your issue resolved. There's little point complaining or being unhappy about it. -Jay]

Maureen May 24, 2008 4:53 AM

Finally got basement done!!! You need to pick up the last symbol and drag until it and not your mouse is over box then click! It will faintly glow 'through' the lid, green ray appears and you can finally use the barrel key.

I am having the same problems as everyone else it seems. I am stuck in the cave. I have completed all the mini games and the game says "I'm all done here" when I try to use a hint. There appears to be nothing else I can do. There must be some serious glitches in this game and it is too bad since it was quite fun to play before it got stuck. What a shame! Creators...fix the game!! It could be really fun, but I ended up disappointed and annoyed that I could not complete it.

[Edit: There is nothing wrong with this game, so there's nothing to fix. More likely you are missing something that prevents you from progressing. The developers assure me that the game is bug-free. -Jay]

hya i had loads of probs with games starting and freezing then i tried enlarging my virtual memory to 756 and the games now work fine> start> my computer> properties> advanced> Performance and there you are. Good luck

Anonymous June 13, 2008 6:23 AM

Sorry something is wrong with the game. It closed on me after I completed the cave assignments and tried o go to the police station. Then when I restarted I was stuck in the cave with nothing to do since I did it already before the game shut down. Oh well, good game up until then. :)

Hi. I am stuck in the museum trying to deactivate the alarm. It says you must stop the dots reaching the middle, but there are too many and it is impossible to stop all of them. Am I too slow or is there an easy way? Please somebody help.

im stuck in police office planted all bugs, have many hints and nothing in inventory can any one help please??

@ Paula:

# You will start the level with 5 bugs in inventory.

# Click on the security camera that is on the top right corner and a puzzle will appear.

# As the green lights appear, you have to click on them before the green light goes off. Click all of them correctly and you can move on.

# Postcard pieces (1) right side of the desk's pull out drawer (2) under the left side of the safe (3) under the fish bowl.

# Grab the tape that is on the desk.

# Click on the blue box that is on the right hand corner and pick up the screwdriver (it will count as 2 pieces).

# Click on the switch that is by the door and it will expand. Place the screwdriver on the top screw of the switch. The switch cover will be open, place a bug in it.

# The room will go dark and a set of small pictures in the back will light up. Natalie says the numbers 3-5-6-9-1

# Click on the switch again and place tape on the cut wire and the lights will come back on.

# Grab a bug and click it onto the potted plant that is above the safe.

# Click on the safe, it says enter the code but all I did was click on the safe and it opened. There will be a card inside, pick it up.

# Click on the petition that is on the black tray and it will go into the book.

# Click on the phone that is on the desk then click on the receiver and it will unscrew the receiver. Place another bug on the wires that are in the receiver.

# Click on the front panel of the robot and it will open, insert the card once it's open. Click on the robot again and it will move closer to the bookcase, a socket will appear on the wall.

# Click on the socket to expand it and place the screwdriver on the screw. Place a bug in any socket.

# Grab the last bug and click it onto the robot.

Greetings, Kayleigh

I'm in the police office and i can't find all the details to start the slider puzzle i have 6 and there's something stuck in the hole of the mini golf but i don't know how to get it out help

@ Guest

Click here to look at a screenshot with all important locations

# At the beginning of the level, a half medallion will automatically go next to the brown book. (lower right corner)

# Grab the 5 postcard pieces (1) on the right drawer of the desk (2) by the keyboard, pull out desk drawer (3) left back wall, in between the framed documents (4) back wall, above the safe, underneath the plant. (5) top right side of the wall map, there's a blue area amongst the yellow parts (look at yellow circles in the screenshots)

# Collect the detail pieces around the office, there are 2 on the desk (one on the left and the other on the right)

# Click on the detail piece that is inside the fish bowl (left side of the room)

# Detail piece, above the left side of the bookcase

# A detail piece is on the lower left side of the window sill (you have to click on the blinds first to open them)

# Click on the detail piece that is on the left side of the room, by the safe (on the edge of the tall wooden cabinet)

# Click on the mini golf course on the right side of the floor. Click on it until a coded piece of paper goes into inventory.

# Click on the black tray that is on the left side of the desk and the petition will go into the brown book that is on the right side.

# Click on the Criminology book that is on the top right corner of the bookcase and a spot will open up on the left side of the same shelf.

# Grab the chair and it will go into inventory. Place the chair on the door to block it.

# Place the 6 detail pieces you've collected and place them on the spot that opened up in the bookcase.

# Click on it until a puzzle appears, your goal is to pull the blue part from the mechanism.

# If you've ever played a slider puzzle, this is the same thing. (look at the screenshot to see the solution)

# Click on the top left shelf of the bookcase and a journal is there. It speaks of some symbols that went missing, a sword, a shield, a medallion and a crown disappearing.

# Also click above the journal and the other half of the medallion will be there.

# Click on the window and it will open. Click on the safe repeatedly and 3 new detail pieces will appear.

# Click on the safe detail, black mark, on the right corner of the floor (above the brown book)

# Click on the "safe detail" key that is on the ground, under the desk

# A safe detail piece will be on right side of the floor, by the bookshelf.

# Click on the safe to enlarge it. In this order, click the following pieces onto the dial on the safe.

# Click the round detail piece, then the other detail piece, followed by the key and then the coded paper.

# Once the safe is open, click on the documents and the keys that are inside.

# Click the key onto the left desk drawer and pick up the activation card that's inside

# Click on the open window to exit.

Like several others I am stuck in the....I don't know, wine storage room? I saw the fourth symbol in a box when I found the barrel key, but now it's not there anymore. I've closed the game and restarted several times, but no luck. When you guys say to re-start, do you mean play the game over from scratch? Please no! =)

@ JI Guest

Restart normally means to close the game and open it again :)

I have here a walkthrough for that level for you, maybe that will help to solve your problem:

  1. > The scene is dark but you'll be
able to see a light bulb, a socket and a light switch.

  2. >
Grab the light bulb on the left side and
place it on the socket that is on the top left side.

  3. >
Then click on the switch that
is on the top left side.

  4. >
    Grab the postcard pieces (1)
left side, bottom shelf (2) on the floor, by the left side of the bookcase
that is in the back (3) on the back bookshelf, right side of the first
shelf (4) on top of the back bookcase, close to the arch.

  5. >
Click on the left cabinet of
the bookcase in the back, you have to solve the puzzle that appears. The
piece in the middle does not move but you'll notice that the surrounding
pieces are green. Start grabbing green pieces and putting the puzzle together.
After all the green pieces have been placed, put the red pieces, followed
by the wooden pieces. The correct pieces will automatically lock into
place and they will also light up. Once you're done, 4 symbols will
    automatically go into inventory.
Click here to see a screenshot of the solution

  6. >
Click on the hook that is on the first shelf of the back bookcase

  7. >
Click on the cloth that is on the top left side of the room, a symbol will appear underneath it.

  8. >
Click on the small box that is on the second shelf of the left bookcase. A barrel key will appear and
also a symbol will be inside.

  9. >
When you match tiles with their matching symbols, a colorful beam will appear (Those beams lead to the
    location of the keys)

  10. Click the 4 matching symbols with the
ones that are (1) on the wall, above the barrels (2) on the pillar, left
side of the back bookcase (3) left side, behind the cloth (4) on the open
box that is on the left bookcase

  11. Click on the space on the floor
that is in between the hatch and the barrels. (The red beam is shining on
it) Once you click on it a jagged key will appear inside

  12. Click on the drawer, left side,
and a silver jagged key will appear. (the blue beam is pointing at it)

  13. Click on the barrel that the
green beam is pointing at and place the barrel key in the keyhole. Another
jagged silver key will appear, grab it

  14. Take the hook from inventory
and place it on the chain that is on the left of the 3 barrels. Click on
the hook again and it will go back into inventory.

  15. Grab the hook once more and
place it on the grate that the purple beam is pointing at.

  16. Then pull the wooden lever that
is on the left and a fourth silver key will appear, underneath the opened

  17. Click on the floor mat and
there will be a hatch underneath. Click on the hatch and place the keys on
them. A puzzle will appear inside. You need to match the symbols on the
chips and the ones on the field. Press the small orange circles and the
symbols will switch places. The colored chips need to be next to the
matching etchings that are on the field. The star symbol needs to be in
the center by the end of the game. When the symbols have been placed
correctly, the outside symbol will light up. Click
here to see a screenshot of the solution

  18. This 2 screenshots show you, where to find all you need

It's 8/10 me again. I've gone back to the game probably 20 times. The box where the last coin in (on the left hand shelf) is closed and won't reopen. The hints say I'm done in the room. I can't move on.

I'm so BUMMED! I paid $19.99 for this game, and I was really enjoying it! I'm not sure I'll buy any more.

you should contact the support of the site, where you bought the game and ask for help there :)

Greetings, Kayleigh

I just bought this game and am terribly disappointed in it. I got approx 1 1/2 hour play time. It just stopped. It didn't end. I am truly wondering if it was supposed to do that. I finished bugging the police chief's office and credits started to roll????? No ending. no nothing. Was good while it lasted but even though I got it on sale for $5.00, I STILL feel like I was gyped!

[Edit: The game should not just end like that. Please contact the customer service department of where you purchased it from. -Jay]

Hate to disagree with Jay but this game definitely has running issues as it will "freeze" and/or "crash" don't care what anyone else says.

Thanks everyone for great comments!

We do not want anyone to be unhappy with a purchase due to any of our recommendations.

We did not encounter any of these freezing issues when play testing the game for our review. It is quite possible the problems you are experiencing is due to something with your own local Windows configuration.

If you continue to have problems with this game, please, please, contact customer service of the site where you purchased it from and ask for a refund.

While the developer assures me there are no bugs with the game, the only way to keep them accountable is by returning defective merchandise.

JI guest..

dont be bummed. I buy games from Big fish and found many here that I have bought.. I too found the game to be somewhat difficult.. As far as the game play... once your hints are used up..

Once the hints are used up.. Click on the magnifying glass and it will take you to the map. You will notice the place you have already been have numbers on them.. Click on them and you will play seek and find.. when you are done with both you will have two more hints. hang in there. It took me some time to get there too.

Stephanie October 17, 2008 6:07 PM

I just finished the game and it took me about 45 minutes or so the only problem i had was somewhere in the middle of the one of the cut scenes werent in english and also the ending wasnt in english...another thing was throughout the whole game we had to find painting pictures and i found them and nothing happened was something suppose to happen ?? if not that was such a waste of time and the ending was random and dumb...

anonymous October 27, 2008 2:22 PM

I'm having problems same as everyone. It has been fun playing this game, but I am stuck in the police office after bugging everything. I kept clicking on the window but it won't let me out. I kept clicking the hint, but it tells me I'm done. I've finished all the hidden mini games and I have nothing else to do. I've restarted my computer and nothing happens.

anonymous October 27, 2008 2:34 PM

Seems editor forgot the last part of my comment that this game is a dissappointment.

[Edit: Your previous comment was edited for language. -Pam]

i can not figure out the slider puzzle thing with the blue mechanism if anyone can help

I am stuck on slider bars. Can't get blue one out. Any help? It's in the police station room.

Just finished the game Natalie Brooks Secrest of treasure. What a strange ending. In the police station, bugged everthing, put the card in the robot and it ended. It showed who made the game and all that. Surely that is not the end of the game, just like that. What a disappointment!! Had no other problems with it but will sure not recommend this game or anyothers from the same people after this ending.

The problem is that this game requires far too much virtual memory than comes with the average computer. You shouldn't have to have a brand new machine to play this thing. I tried half a dozen trial downloads and finally the full version and each and every time, without fail, the game will not advance past Edison's office.

I am stuck on the slider puzzle in the police station. I figured out where the pieces go but I cannot move one vital vertical piece

I cannot get past the slider puzzle. I HATE these kinds of puzzles and I cannot find a spolier anywhere. Does this mean I can just forget about progressing any further?

Well I must be lucky or something. I have had no problems with this game at all. However, I am stuck in the cave. I do have the helmet, 2 boards, the bugs, and 3 device parts. The hints keep pointing at the water. I have tried to fill the helmet with water, and am getting nowhere. Can someone help please.
Thank you

Well I have to say that this game was too difficult to be enjoyable. Alot of people are having problems with it. I myself am having trouble with the slider puzzle which I hate!! Games are supposed to be relaxing not aggravating. It was not worth the 6.99 I paid for it at Target. It certainly is not worth the full price!! I rate this game a 2 for the difficult puzzles, the problems, & the short ending(which I will prbably not see for that dang slider puzzle which is very aggravating

Been able to get to the basement wine celar but now receive message "done here" I have the barrel key the 3 other keys and one ancient symbol which I can't find a place to put it. The Hatch is the only thing that glows and I'm unable to open it.What do I need to do?

This game is very short and I ran into a few bugs in the game.

To get by the "stuck in the wine cellar with one last symbol and no place to put it", on the shelf on the left hand side where you got the barrel key, the box should have stayed open. Put the symbol over the box (far left side) as if it was open and a green laser should shoot out.

I have almost finished the game. I am in the police office and have placed all the bugs but I had to close the game for a moment. When I went back on it wouldn't let me leave the room even though I had finished everything to do in the room. There are defiantly some glitches in this game because I am not the only one experiencing these problems. It has nothing to do with my computer since my computer meets all the requirements and has never had any problems with such a game before. I really liked this game and it is one of my favorite games on my computer, but the glitches need to be fixed! Denying they are there does not fix anything.

I've played the game a couple times without a problem. You might want to contact BFG support and see what they have to say.

Um I'm stuck in the cheif office with the new safe & the robot missing the activation card. & the bugs help

I am stuck in the cave! I have finished all that needed to be done but I can't get out! Is there a secret passage way I need to know? Am I missing something? The only things that light up are the water and the spy thing! I want to finish this game!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!

I don't remember there being a cave. Are you with Eddie? If so,

you need to repair the boat, and play the mini game with the slingshot.

I have been trying for a while now to get past the basement scene. I've only found 3 of 4 keys. I've tried everything I think to find the 4th key. I've found the hatch in the floor. Clicking on it only makes a green circle on the outer part of the hatch & neither of the 2 keys I've found will do anything to the hatch. I think I've clicked on everything in the basement to try to get thru this scene. No luck whatsoever. Can anyone advise me of a solution??? PLEASE!!

I don't know which key you are missing, but you need to match all the tiles with their matching symbols.

Okay I finished the game and I gotta ask is that it? What was the picture of the castle about? What happened to the kings stuff? I mean I put the bugs in the chiefs office and then nat sits back listening to him and then calls someone presumably the FBI or something and turns him in and he arrested. then she says some stuff about that and saving the house and then credits. Did I miss something?

I can't even get into the game! I can't get the stick to interact with the brick, outside the gate.

You might want to close the game and start it again to see if it works. If not, uninstall and reinstall it. If none of that works, I suggest contacting tech support where you bought the game. Good luck!
