In the first game by Kansho (Saburou Konuma), still holidayish, you find yourself in high mountains locked inside Santa's cabin, When you escape you get to shou harata's snowy island where you face a polar bear who proves to be much less hostile than he seems. Then comes Tasuku Yahiro's orange room which is definitely warmer...at least looks so. Bonus game by Shien is a collection of short and funy escapes.
All games are free and available in Google Play and in Apple Store except the bohus game (for Android users only).
The first three games are medium-sized, the bonus game is a collection of nine (plus one) short games.

Kansho's (Saburou Konuma) game came out too late for Xmas and it's a pity since this escape from Santa's mountain log cabin has a strong magical atmosphere and overall it's an excellent holiday game with good puzzles and fitting sountrack which would perfectly fit Christmas Special. Oh well. At least we can play it now.

Everything on shou harata's island angular and rough-textured, even the animals, what gives a retro look to the game. Actually it's quite useful because the surface of the game is uncluttered and that makes playing more comfortable. Puzzles are not difficult, but nice. Good relax game.

We've got another game from Color ROOM series by Tasuku Yahiro and it's very enjoyable. In the vibrant orange room you find usual office equipment like computers, meeting table etc., but later you discover entrance(s) to adjacent rooms and the game gets more interesting - at the end you're supposed to perform a magic of some kind! It's a good one, and notice, that at the beginning you can choose a language - the default setting is Japanese but the game has an English option too.

Bonus game Escape Games Collection 2 (available for Android devices only) is a collection of nine small games (plus one secret level) by Shien, and they are original and refreshing. In each level you're supposed to solve only one or two puzzles and even though they are simple, they have an interesting twist. Escape game Collection 1 you find in MM N°310.
