Humble Indie Scramble

ArtbegottiWant to win a Humble Indie Bundle on our tab? While the bundles are no longer available, we managed to scarf up a few before the deadline and now giving you the opportunity to win one. And we've got a puzzle with your name on it. That is, of course, if your name happens to be Scramble. If you're not yet familiar with the Humble Indie Scramble, you can check out the rules and a sample puzzle here, but be prepared for a little twist. Up until now, all of the games used in the anagrams have been one-word titles. From here on in, game titles may have more than one word, meaning the anagrams are getting tougher!

As a hint, all of today's answers definitely contain more than one word. Also, there's somewhat of an underlying theme of weapons among the clues. Sort of. Take a look and see what you can make of it:

IT'S OBVIOUS: COOP STARTING RECOVERY

  • Game in which your hand is a gun

  • Game in which you ride a unicycle and use a grappling hook

  • Game in which you might upgrade the Polar Star to the Spur

Think you know the answer? Send the three game titles to us, along with a statement that you are at least 13 years of age, to: [email protected]. Only one entry per person per puzzle, please. Multiple entries will be disqualified. This contest is open to everyone 13 years of age or older, void where prohibited. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received. You have only until tomorrow, December 28th at 06:00 PM (GMT -5:00), so hurry!

Update: Congratulations to Isi! Your correct entry was chosen at random to receive a Humble Indie Bundle!

First one is killing me, even the search box and anagram programs aren't helping :P

I likewise cannot figure out the first clue. I'm certain about the last two, but the first has stumped me.

Got it! That first one was tricky. I'm not even good at anagrams.

The first one is really hard, I might not be able to get this one...

First AND Second are killing me. I thought i'd figured out the second but the game that keeps popping up has an H in it, and there's a distinct lack of H in the anagram.

Got it =D

I can't figure out the first one.

After a careful examination of the games tagged with 'action', either I require an eye check or my arm hurts.

WHY can't I find the first one?

Last two were easy and recognizable, the first took me a while. But now I can say, "GOT IT!"

Finally found nr.1. Oh, how I love the internet anagram server. Am I allowed to regift it, though? I already bought the bundle, but I have friends I'd like to gift it to.

This time, I needed to watch which letters I deleted, as I somehow managed to

get an extra T the first time, and deleted an I the second time

I tried to solve the puzzle.
