We didn't hear from Yoshio Ishii for a long time - the last game was Compopo released three years ago - and now we've got whole advent calendar with twenty four puzzles to solve!
There are twenty four windows to open in the calendar and of course, not all of them are accessible at the moment. Difficulty varies from very simple puzzles to puzzles that require good coordination and concentration. But that's the way it is in Hoshi Saga.
The game has autosave.

Fun game—reminds me a lot of those Bart Bonte games. Sadly, you can't play it on a mobile device with a touchscreen, as you need the changing cursor of a mouseover on more than one level. (And possibly need a physical keyboard on one of the last levels.)
Shame, that—it ran pretty darned well on my phone.
