Galaxy Siege 2

Why pilot any old ship when you can make your own? Vasili Kostin serves up a sequel to the original upgrade-packed action game with Galaxy Siege 2. Use [A] and [D] to pilot your ship left and right to avoid enemies and automatically gather supplies while your weapons shoot down any nearby enemies. The catch? When your fuel runs out you'll need to return to base, where you can use what you've gathered to buy new modules to build up your ship to be bigger and better. From lasers, rocket launchers, and rifles, to shields, harvesters, and more, if it can be welded haphazardly onto your ship by a sketchy space mechanic, you can use it.

Seems like a very slow-playing non-interactive shooter.
Go as far as you can (guns shoot targets automatically) until you run out of fuel. Upgrade your ship. Lather, rinse, repeat.

This sequel does not come up when you click the vkostin tag.

I do not know why the stars and crystals are floating above the boss, once you get there they are too far away and once you beat them they are still too far away. Is it just to mock me? Or is it just symbolic that when I beat the boss I get them? It just makes the level feel incomplete.

Need More Stars! I have to play through some levels 20 times just so I can unlock 1 section.

I really cannot tell if the shields do anything other than be blockers on the edge as well as the speed upgrade; it seems like whether I have 4 or one everything is the same.

Is the last level a survival level?

I knew one can siege a castle, but sieging a whole galaxy? what a strange concept.

This game drags on and on and on and on and on. I have now tried the 2nd level - the 2ND level! - at least a dozen times with little success and still not enough gems/stars to get the upgrades I want. It's ridiculous. And I got a medal for failing the level 10 times -_-

I quit the last stage, it was just too much. After all that grinding I didn't want to spend all day attempting to beat the level that I could not do anything (get any upgrades) to make it so that it was possible to beat.
