The game by Mygames888 (noprops) has been originally released in 2013 but since it was designed in Flash it hasn't been playable for a while. The developers have become more active recently - check their awesome 9999 - and converted it to Unity. Wishing you happy retro playing - just notice that this is a horror game and probably the only escape where you may die...
The chilling atmosphere is real but no blood or piercing screams - this is the other kind of hell. The ice one. Quiet, cold and deadly. I experienced two deaths - there could be more but I'm not going to replay the game now. It's getting dark, you know.
You find yourself locked in an apartment. All escapers are used to the situation but soon you find out that the apartment is haunted...you hear a small strange sound behind you or catch a glimpse of shadowy, human shape...and that's only a beginning. You want to leave this unpleasant place as soon as possible but it's a solid escape game and there are puzzles to be solved. The ghost disrupts your efforts more and more and the desire to leave grows, and you need to concentrate since the puzzles you're supposed to solve require it. Mygames888 are good in constructing layered and original puzzles, and paying attention to details is necessary. Not easy, though. Opening a drawer and not knowing what you find inside - a part of a robot or something yuck - is definitely not reassuring...and definitely not boring.

I've always felt like there was a story behind the woman this game developer always uses as the escapee. Is she a professional escape artist, or a private investigator who dabbles in the paranormal?
Maybe the developer is just creative with her content. We'll never know. Honestly, this game is breathtaking.
