I prefer it when games don't have levels for their monsters, or at least don't tell you. Then you don't know that you can't handle something until it's pounding your face into the ground and you're desperately trying to flee.

Good comic, though.

nice, it's so true for mmorpgs. A level 100 could look exactly the same apart from some colors and clothes :)

Tsuken, unfortunally yes. (especially wow), but dungeons and dragons they dont, they have pretty slick progression of changing the mobs while leveling eg. from lvl 1 to 20: (goblins, orcs, giants, reavers, devils)
