There is no dishonor in ragequitting. Sometimes it's the only way to pull yourself away from an addicting game.
No dishonor indeed, but entertaining nonetheless. I'm surprised the topic hasn't come up sooner in these comics.
Rage quitting in a multiplayer games would be dishonoring. Maybe that's what this is about.
Keep on James Francis! :D
Anyone else find themselves thinking of match-ups against Oddjob in the N64 Goldeneye game? No wonder he quit.
did anyone notice the:
firework spear
BTD4 blade shooter
Mitten
checkered flag
punching glove
or soda-drink hat?
How about James' signature on a flag?
Once again i find these babilonsticks pictures not funny at all. I was staring for minutes at it, trying to figure out, why is it that the running warior doesn't have hands? (lost them in a battle?) But then i saw them. It still doesn't meke sens to me.
But even if i don't find babilonsticks funny, i am strangely curious what they will draw next.
This is an event log of what happened to me after I saw this:
Sees this
Plays Minecraft Alpha
Gets killed by a creeper
Ragequit
I find these Babylon Sticks comics very funny! I almost do the same thing in some war sim games: Jump in and then ragequit when I don't win in two minutes (yes, it's a bad habit).
But for some reason I come back for more...odd.
Keep these comics flowing! You guys rock!
is this supposed to be David and Goliath from the Bible? lol as always.
-_- yee..
lol did anyone else notice the wizard hat?
It would have been better if David just yelled "Rage quit!" instead IMHO.
Pretty funny. I like it when the comic is more general instead of talking about a certain game.
Oh, and I hate rage quitters. Especially if it doesn't count as a loss. -_-
This is a holly war. He shouldn't have crossed that line. :(
Who crossed the line? Me or Goliath?
Here is the commentary on the strip - http://www.headspacejames.com/2010/09/slings-and-stones.html
It discusses the strip and points out all of the easter eggs.
Thanks for all the support! And thanks for all the criticism as well. I do regard them seriously... well, except for the one that always seems obsessed with Family Circus.
or beer helmet?
arcticwolf15:
LOL. I totally feel you, man. When that happens to me, it's usually the time I start doing something else, though I am not usually a person of Rage Quitting. It's mostly Rage Keep On Trying.
(And yeah, i'm old to respond, but Minecraft is just that beastly)
