I don't really care for this game, I think it's just a ripoff of pac-man and it's below nitrome's standards, and the "flare" is literally just dropping bombs and other uninspired weapons on the ground, it's not as well made as pacman either since there's a delay on every action. Honestly it's not worth the time wasted to beat it.
