I assume since it's a sequel that the spelling must be intentional, but I still find it maddening.

I don't like how the medals notification gets in the way of seeing ahead of where to go, but if that's how Newgrounds notifications work there's not much the developer can do about it. It doesn't appear much after you've collected a lot of the easy medals, though, so the annoyance is bearable.

If you have an upwards scrolling game, the medal display needs to be at the top so as not to obscure what's coming up. Didn't find any use for the down button as far as I got. Kept wishing it would slow the scrolling ("bullet time") just for a moment to give em time to get from one end of the screen to the other as sometimes the random gaps appear at alternating sides of the screen for a while and then you're out of luck.

at clickety6, the down arrow is to roll and go faster, enabling you to ''give em time to get from one end of the screen to the other''

This game reminds me a lot of "fall down" a game I had for my TI-85+ graphing calculator in High School back around the turn of the century

Yep - I found the down arrow for faster movement- but you end up falling in the dips which doesn't help.
