This little girl named Mabel is stuck in a cavern and her only means of escaping is combining letter creatures into words and use them as platforms to climb out. A cross between a platformer and a word puzzle game that gives you the challenge of navigating platforms carefully while making intricate words for as many points as possible. Your high score and hopes of surviving all hinge on your extensive vocabulary knowledge and quick thinking in this game by Joel Esler.

I like the concept, but I'm still swearing at the controls... when a bomb tile's about to go off and I'm trying to sort through a pile of critters, and then just as I'm about to finish the word another letter walks in front of me, causing the auto-targeting to connect my word wrong... argh. And if a letter DOES decide to attach to something behind you, you have to take apart the whole word to fix it, causing all the letters to scatter.

The most troubling thing is that I spend to long trying to track down the critter I want that it's hard to focus on making cool words... it just doesn't feel like a word game, since if I spend more than 10 seconds chasing after the last "e" on screen, a bomb goes off somewhere and destroys more tiles than I was about to build.
