I Feel Free
Want to feel free? Take a break and play I Feel Free, a Metroidvania-esque platformer where you start out as just a mere blob, but build yourself up to something greater. Similar to a shorter version of K.O.L.M., you can travel around the caverns collecting upgrades that allow you to access new areas, and maybe even experience freedom from restlessness.

Man, even easy mode is pretty tough.
Ditto that, Buttons..
Pressing down to jump higher is just counter intuitive and annoying. The rest of the controls feel a bit sticky or have a half second delay. I concur Buttons, easy is still tough. Nice idea though but give me Robot Wants over this any day.
Wall jumping is incredibly tedious.
Blech. Too finicky. I don't want to accomplish something in games, I want to escape. I get enough micron level engineering optimization in my job that I don't want to have to practice it on my own.
I seriously think this is missing a highdifficulty tag
Easy? LIAR!
I finished it on Medium with less than typical difficulty for a puzzle platformer.
Two of the trophies are behind hidden walls. I didn't get them all, so I don't know if there's a different ending for getting 19/19 of them.
Well that shaved a bit off my lifespan, I'm sure, just from the frustration of it. Nothing like getting to the end of a tricky segment, only for your character to decide not to jump.
All in all a pretty enjoyable though frustrating game, and a good sense of accomplishment when I finished it.
How do you @$#&%!$ wall jump??!?
This is utter rubbish. I regularly get keys not responding properly so it thinks I've either not pressed or am holding down a key when that's not the case, the jumps require microscopic pixel precision and timing, and there's often no real clue as to where you should go next. Way too hard, I gave up.
Bad controls and too difficult. I'll stick with robot...
Ending with 19/19 collectibles (have not finished with less so not sure if this differs):
Climb the final ladder into the sunshine, fade to white with message "You feel free", then screen standing on the grass with the messages "You have attained FREEDOM" and "You found 19/19 collectibles"
Um. yeah. I ragequit. A game can't be this choppy where perfect timing/jumping are required. Which is a bummer, because this has a lot of promise.
I feel like I'm stuck. Just got the
Bouncy Boots
upgrade, and I can't get out at the end because there are blocks in the way, even though I have the upgrade to get past them. And going back the way I came seems impossible.
