Humbugger
Ziggy Fraud will never learn, at least not as long as he can bend reality to his will in weird ways and his noble chicken steed is there to carry him from danger! The follow-up to Humbug is distinctly more of a straight-up puzzle platformer with difficulty this time around, but the bizarre sense of humour is definitely intact.

I got all the diamonds except 5, 6. Any help?
To reach 6,
go as far down as you can.
5 has me stumped too, though.
I can't get past the part when you take over as the chicken. The controls are too sloppy (or is it just me?). No matter how lightly I tap to jump, the hen still jumps repeatedly once she's reached the next little platform and always into the path of a cannonball.
I was about to rage quit when I told myself to give it another chance and just when I was almost at the top... the chicken decided to go right even though I hadn't told it to and it kept walking right and wouldn't stop.
I've tried it on a couple of different browsers and it seems buggy on both. Shame, because I really liked Humbug. Am I the only one experiencing problems?
The ending is very lackluster, and the final puzzle, while requiring a bit of creative thinking, is a let-down, to say the least.
I managed to do the final puzzle wrong, but still succeed. I didn't do what you were supposed to at all (judging by the walkthrough the game offers), I instead
just ran as fast as I could, and mashed some buttons to skip the speech at the end of the screen
Fun, but not as fun as the original, I do not think.
Can't get the diamonds from levels 5, 9 and 10, any tips?
I was so excited to see a sequel for what I voted as one of the best of 2011.
Then I played it. All the good stuff from the original seemed to get left behind leaving us with a platform game.
Every once in a while we would come to a puzzle but due to the platform focus, it was hard to make the shift into puzzle mode.
Didn't totally understand the diamond concept due to the mismatch between the level selects and the nature of the way you move through them but wasn't too interested in trying to go back and figure them out.
Oh, got the diamon from level 9.
I was trying to find a way from level 5, actually you've got to get in from level 4.
Oh, so I guess the power of posting strikes again.
Level 10. What doesn't work:
No clicking required, and you don't have to glitch anything.
What works:
Lower all of the platforms but the first one
Let me know when someone figures out Level 5's diamond... I've got all the others!
Ha! Figured out the Level 5 diamond myself.
There's a brick sticking out of the wall above and to the left of the large hole in the wall. Hit it with eggs from above until it and a diamond fall out, then go reap your spoils below.
Dandy, no, it's not just you. I had a very hard time with that. I managed to get past the first tower, but there's a lot more of that, and it quickly becomes an excersize in frustration. Didn't know what to do with the second tower and gave up.
Thanks for the review, and feedback. This part was something like Humbug 1.5, and we'll make sure to use all the comments to make Humbug 2 as good as we possibly can.
Best,
Tom
Any one get diamond from level 11? I found the hidden area, but just can't seem to find where the diamond is in it.
Stuck after the second worm, can't get past either the bull or the well spikes, and while I backtracked I can't get anything else I see that appears.
Nevermind, I forgot this was Ziggy Humbug. ;)
Level 11 diamond:
After stopping the barrels, look above the three spinning blades at the beginning. You can stand on them once they're still.
Hopelessly stuck at the (third? second?) tower. The one with the ghost claiming to have cookies. I don't have the faintest clue where to go.
And of course, after posting that I'm realizing there's a big "WALKTHROUGH" button at the top of the screen :P
