Woha, a change of colour scheme is really needed on this. At least on my monitor, it is very hard to see the target squares.
Yes, it's an interesting game but the way that the starting layout obscures the pattern is annoying. I agree with MdB that a change of colour is needed to make it easier to see what it is that you are supposed to be doing. Also... need keyboard controls.
