Bristlies
This western-themed cut-the-rope style physics puzzle is cute and polished and has all the elements we fans of the genre like in a game of this type. Rustle up bristly round creatures into their correct boxes by removing obstacles and using fans and force fields. While Bristlies doesn't become very challenging until the later levels (there are 30 in all), it does make for a fun diversion if you have a hankering for some amusement.

I'm not going to say that this game crashed my computer, but my computer did shut down as a result of a bug I found in the game. I was on level 29 I think, the one with a green and blue ball, and three levels of force field platforms. I managed to get the blue ball stuck on top of the top left fan, it went right over the box it was supposed to land in and wedged itself on top of the fan up against the top left force field generator (gun). I clicked on the force field gun thingy to see if it would pop the ball up, and instead my browser (Firefox) froze. I was able to Alt-Tab to another screen and watched my CPU usage, when it dropped back down to normal levels I went back to FF, and the game had been replaced by a plugin crash message, then the computer shut off. It could be a result of this being a very old machine, but I shan't be trying to finish the game at this point.
This game is pretty much unplayable on a Linux machine. The starting clicks that drop items happen automatically, and you're given no chance to stop them. This makes getting past level 7 impossible.
Apologies to anyone having technical difficulties. I've found that, in general, most browser games play best on Chrome. Perhaps give it a try.
I've noticed that the somewhat recent version of Firefox has been unstable for me, as well, although I experienced no problems when I played Bristlies. I updated to Firefox version 11 and it's running smoother, but still not as well as on Chrome.
On the other hand, for older Windows versions and older processors, IE (internet explorer) can be better. So, it's good to try out the various options to find out which is best for you.
I haven't tested the game on Linux, so I cannot offer help there. Sorry!
Very fun game at it for about an hour now, love the western theme and music. However I am stuck on level 30... uggg!
Here's some help for level 30:
For Red - turn on the far right fan, then the three left bottom fans. Activate the force field and then cut Red's rope. He should sail nicely into his box.
For Blue - turn off the far right fan, turn off the force field, and turn off the middle top fan (of the bottom five) so only the bottom two fans on the left are on. Cut Blue's rope and wait until he's past the gun before turning on the far right fan. He should bounce on the middle fan and, with the gentle push of the rightside fan, float into his box.
For Green - turn off all the bottom fans but leave the far right fan on. Activate the force field and cut Green's rope... he'll roll directly into his box.
