Is anyone else disturbed by how miserable BLYM looks when he's a bear.. blob... round green thing and how ecstatic he looks when he's a block?

@Carny: I thought the same at first, but then I realized that he's not a bear blob. What you think is his nose is actually his mouth, and what you think is a pensive bear mouth is a belly button on his pale, vaguely torso-like body area. When he goes into a block, it stretches the green face part across the entire block, and he loses the torso & belly button.

Also, I came to the comments to say: Heisenblob.

Oh, good one!

Wow, I loved this one. It checked all the right boxes with me.

Level 29 was the only one I felt was poorly designed. I can't find the right words to describe what I mean. The game is part puzzle solving and part precision platforming, and I guess in this level both "overlapped uncomfortably".

All in all it's a great game :D

Diego--what an insightful comment!

Oddly enough, it's level 30 that most fits your description for me (so far, anyway . . . I'm currently stuck there).

Overall, great game.

The ending...wow, it's so cute, I just had to smile.

Yeah, the art style definitely makes me think of older Nitrome games. Maybe that's why Nitrome decided to feature it on their blog. I thought the combination of puzzle and platforming was a great idea, actually, challenging a player's skills on both those aspects. A sequel would be nice. (Does poor Blym have any friends? No wonder he decided to try that teleporter!)

@BuenoCabra
I couldn't stop seeing a pensive bear for a time after I read that.

@Charles
I stopped playing the game at level 30 for a short bit because I thought it would be tough. It's actually not hard :o I had a harder time with level 34, but that's probably because I was impatient :P

I liked how relaxing the music was in the 3rd and 4th worlds. Nice game.
