If there's one thing all of us could use in life, it's a sense of perspective. At the very least, having one will certainly help you in Blueprint 3D, the new puzzle game from Zedarus . You must use the mouse to rotate an apparently incomprehensible mass of illustrations to find the point of view where the whole plan will come together. It's a game that certainly won't leave you blue.

I love it when a plan comes together.

I must say that I'm rather disappointed at the lack of a "reverse vertical input" option. Many times I'm seeing what the final picture should be in the first couple of seconds, only to spend the rest of thirty seconds struggling with the vertical rotation and losing the bonus. Perhaps it's just my problem, but I do appreciate if the game (or anything with a 3D interface for that matter) didn't apply flight sim orientations to themes that don't require it.

Good looking, just not really my kind of game.

I have a problem with level 22. The correct point seemed to be a little bit off the screen. Anybody else have this?

It also doesn't appear to save progress either which is a pain.

LOVE THE DALEK
I also how smooth the game is. in a way, it's kinda relaxing...

Ridiculous bug, I cannot choose level :(

That's not a bug, it's just not a supported feature. Nor is saving game state across sessions, apparently.

This is exactly as much fun as the Starlight games.

Which is to say not at all.

The concept here just isn't enjoyable over 65 levels of the same thing. As I said back on the original Starlight, Coign of Vantage pulls off the same gameplay in a much more engaging manner that also limits the amount of time you're playing. This type of game is much more suited to the bite sized arcade style gameplay that CoV presents than the level based drudgery of this series.

Can you change to a reverse axis? I keep moving the mouse left, expecting the picture to to right.

This game is flickering like mad here. It's very hard to look at. Tried both Firefox and Chromium on Linux.

Pro-tip: Ignore the shape. Look for text.

Alas, none of the charms of Coign of Vantage...

It's a nice idea, but the interface was a little touchy for me and hard to master. Would maybe have been nicer if it had keyboard controls with 3 rotational directions (based on the perspective axis) and a hotkey for reverting to the original "front" view

Somewhat fun, more relaxing and zen-like, though the industrial look kind of detracts from that a bit. Also, if you're going to base a game on blueprints of everyday objects, at least know what the parts are called. Most glaring example, the level that creates an assault rifle? Read the text on that one, for some lulz.

I rather enjoyed it! :-) After a little while, I started getting use to the 3-D visualization and was able to often orientate rather quickly, ... then, there were a few that were challenging. :-)

Level 60 is... I must say, I never expected a Tavor.
