The Little SailorJust because things don't always go the way you expect doesn't mean they won't turn out the way you always hoped. From Small is Beautiful comes another short but cheery spot-the-difference game about a little caterpillar who doesn't let a setback stand in his way. Older gamers will find it too easy, but kids will love the cute artwork and simple, breezy, cheerful story.

Stolen ArtHave you ever dreamt of being the expert curator of an art museum, studying the works of Miró, Kandinsky, or Picasso? You may want to rethink that dream after playing Stolen Art, a spot-the-difference game by Small is Beautiful where blubbering art collectors and obtrusive detectives are constantly knocking on your door to help them uncover some clever forgeries. Study two near-identical paintings to find and then click any slight differences as speedily as you can.

Terrific HalloweenLooking for something Halloween-y but not ghoulish for the little boil or ghoul in your life? Fire up this cute and colourful spot-the-difference game that's big on bright charm and lacking in the spooks department.

MoonlightA gorgeous spot-the-difference game that tells the touching tale of a young man and what he finds in the forest one night. Stephanie Herrera's beautiful artwork coupled with atmospheric music sets the mood for this compelling story where you may just find yourself emotionally connecting with the main characters.

A Very Simple Game 2:
Odd One OutJust how good are you at spotting differences? So good that you can find miniscule discrepancies between moving objects that, by all cursory glances, look and act identically? It's time to activate your visual cortex in a serious way with A Very Simple Game 2, a game that's so simple, it will stump you time and time again.

BobblestitchThe titular character in this kid-oriented, charming hidden-object/spot-the-difference title is a doll who is brought to life by the little girl who sews him herself. Adorableness ensues. Not too long, and probably best suited to a 15 to 20 minute break, if you're hankering for something sweet, skip the candy and try Bobblestitch. It's better for your teeth, at least.

Lilith and Emma: It's Valentine DayWho says Valentines have to be romantic? Join Emma and Lilith, two little girls with a few differences that don't outweigh their similarities, in this simple but charming and kid-friendly set of spot-the-difference titles. It's proof that friendship is something to remember between all the hearts and roses on February 14th too.

Child of a Witch TrilogyIn the Child Of A Witch Trilogy, by Garbuz Games, three chapters of a spot-the-difference game, a somewhat touching story unfolds that may explain why gnarly old witches are, well, gnarly old witches. Scour each screen to spot the six differences in every level and click as you find them.

Lilith and Emma: A Friend at Hallows EveEmma and Lilith are two little girls with a lot in common despite some differences... like fangs and a few centuries. These two spot-the-difference games are meant to be played together for both perspectives, and the end result is a short but sweet little experience that lightens up the spooky Halloween season, and is perfect to be enjoyed with whatever little monster you have in your life.

Time Mysteries: InheritanceTime Mysteries: Inheritance is a hidden-object adventure game where you play the role of Vivien Ambrose, a young British physicist searching for her lost father by using a magical crystal ball that lets her travel through time. Her adventure spans over a millennium, and is filled with different locales, interesting characters, and dozens of various puzzles to solve.

Museum of ThievesBased upon the upcoming novel, this spot-the-difference title takes place inside a very unique museum that takes a certain type of person to find their way through. Despite lacking any real story, it's visually stunning and easily worth a play for any fan of the genre looking for something a bit more lengthy.

Twisted Fairytales: Robin HoodRemember that one time Robin Hood saw the UFO crash and found the ray gun? No? Well, try this goofy little spot-the-difference game and you'll sure remember it. A strange reimagining of the classic tale with beautiful artwork, a sense of humour, and four different endings.

Spot the DifferenceMaybe the most important thing that games teach us is to think critically and examine everything we see carefully. That's the strength of Spot the Difference, the latest offering from the dream team of Brian Mooney and Sean Hawkes. The game's story is subtle and engaging, communicated entirely through differences in the images you're given.

4 DifferencesIvoryboy's gorgeous "spot the difference" game has returned with 4 Differences! Scrutinize the two pictures and click on each bit that doesn't match between the pictures. This game is miles above most other spot-the-difference games. Its visual presentation alone makes it worth a look. If you like the genre at all, you won't want to miss it.

Hidden in Time: Mirror MirrorYou discover your ancestor's ancient castle, but it's set to be sold in nine days. Maybe you can find something that proves that this castle is yours? Hidden in Time: Mirror Mirror won't keep you on the edge of your seat, but it is a fun romp through hidden object land that would be perfect for those times when you just want a little relaxing amusement.

Twisted Fairytales: GoldilocksYou might want to put the kids to bed before you crack open this fairytale. A spot-the-difference game with a darker side to go hand-in-hand with its innocent artwork, Goldilocks might not be the same tale you remember this time around...

Little Red Riding Hood: A Post Apocalyptic AdventureA spot-the-difference game that turns your childhood on its head, Little Red Riding Hood: A Post Apocalyptic Adventure is a short but sweet story about... well, you know what! Featuring a smart hint system, gorgeous visuals, and loads of character, it's just the thing to brighten your day in this dystopian future.

Pure HiddenPure Hidden is designed to be a hidden object game unlike any other. There is no story, no mystery to solve, no thinly-veiled plot designed to accommodate the endless locating of things that have nothing to do with the story, much less the surroundings. Pure Hidden takes a very zen-like approach to the hidden object genre. The games exist to be played, not to serve any external plot or characters. It makes the entire process of playing a relaxing, soothing experience.

Headspin StorybookThis is a story of pop-up people who live in pop-up houses next to pop-up castles and pop-up trees. Your goal is to make the right side of this picture-book world into a mirror image of the left side. Headspin Storybook combines fabulous graphics with a creative twist on the "spot the difference" genre, and you'll want to keep playing it till the very end.

CSI: NYHow great is it to be a detective? You wear expensive suits, your hair always looks perfect no matter what angle you're seen from . . . oh! And of course you get to utilize everything from hidden objects, spot-the-difference, fun puzzles and more to catch your man! Curse of the Pharaoh 2:
Napoleon's SecretCurse of the Pharaoh 2: Napoleon's Secret is a hidden-object game with added puzzle elements, such as spot-the-difference games. • • The Dragon and the Wizard

Mark & Mandi's Love StoryWant something charming that you'll play with a wry grin on your face? Mark & Mandi's Love Story is exactly that, packaging spot the difference puzzles, memory matching, jigsaw-style challenges and more with a great hand drawn art style. Play the role of Cupid's helper on a quest to sculpt Mark and Mandi's relationship to perfection.

6 DifferencesThe latest from Case, creator of Red and the original 5 Differences previously mentioned here, 6 Differences is another spot the differences game that incorporates gorgeous and surreal, animated graphics and images. Just click on a difference when you spot it, either side will work, to change the difference into a matching set.

Curse of the Pharaoh: Quest for NefertitiAnother casual game that tries its hand at blending genres, Curse of the Pharaoh: Quest for Nefertiti takes two popular game types to ancient Egypt for a fascinating puzzle-adventure experience. The game's main tricks are spot-the-difference scenes along with a few simple hidden object excursions. You'll also unlock minigames and solve adventure-style puzzles using artifacts you find and assemble in dusty old tombs. It's a relatively easy game, making it accessible to a wide range of players, but the real hook is the deliciously mysterious Egyptian setting based on the real-life mystery of Queen Nefertiti's burial.
